My partner and i went to the workshop and stayed at Hilton. It was our third time staying at Hilton and we always were please with the service. This time(May 20 – 21) our experience was different and we were getting frustrated with waiting, not having things delivered on time, etc why do i rate this at 5 stars? I value communication and humanity and this is exactly what i experienced when the manager of the restaurant, Geisha, asked us about our experience. She set down with us and not only listened what i had to share attentively without interruption, but she also took full responsibility for what was«Hilton’s part». She listened without being defensive or trying to excuse the service that i would not rate at the highest. I felt heard and acknowledged. It changed my perception and my experience. At the end of the day, it is not about not ever making mistakes. its about being able to listen, to acknowledge and to improve. This was a testimony of Geisha’s great ability to do all of that. I would come back and give Hilton another chance after this experience. I am grateful! Thank you!

My husband and I came here on Saturday night. We were a bit skeptical b/c it is located in the Hilton, but we ended biting the bullet and coming b/c the Unilocal reviews are excellent. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar to enjoy happy hour and watch the Warriors game. I ordered a glass of red wine($ 6) off of the HH menu as well as a cheese plate. My husband ordered a few glasses of pinot from the wine list and a veggie pizza($ 8) off of the HH menu. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed our evening. Next time I’m going to order a bloody mary b/c the drink garnishes at the bar looked so fresh and yummy! Note– Excellent service. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. Live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, lovely. I would suggest that the restaurant include their happy hour menu on the their website b/c it really is great and its worth advertising. Happy hour is daily from 5 – 7 pm.

I’ve dined here twice now. Not so good experiences both times. Hamburger is terrible. It’s a not so good party placed on a bun that crumbles. They have to rethink that one. The safe bet is pizza as their wood fire oven does work. Waitress didn’t listen. She brought my buddy and I two well done burgers when we asked for rare. Then we switched it to personal pizzas to be safe and she brought one for us to split. Oh and the we split. Ahhhh…

The omelet is cooked to perfection! I asked for extra spinach and they supplied free of charge. Yesterday I had the egg sandwich and it was superb as well. The waitress said that is her personal fav– I can see why! The service is AMAZING and the restaurant is nice. I asked to sit outside under the pergola and they were quick to clean up the table(from tree leaves, dew etc) to accommodate. They remembered me the next day and asked if I’d like to sit out again. Very nice. The only thing that needs work is the hashbrowns– they are mushy inside and stuck together on the outside. Not very tasty. Outside of the hashbrowns it was an excellent experience! Highly recommend.

Saturday night date night with the guy, I was happy to finally try this place out because I drive by it all the time and it’s about five minutes from the house. I opted for the red wine flightwhich was tasty, the number three wine(the name slips my mind) was my favorite. The guy ordered sidecars which weren’t bad either. We split a burger which they so graciously cut in half and gave us our own plates however, we asked for well done and it wasn’t, Oh well I won’t hold that against them and I’ll be willing to go back to check out the happy hour! Who knew this place was here! Restaurant is located in the Hilton Hotel on the first floor(towards the back). My boyfriend came here for the New Year’s Eve special they had that evening(prix fixe menu) and it was great! PARKING: Drive in and enter to the right. Gated off parking lot issues tickets that you can get validated at the restaurant. You can also valet at the front of the hotel as well. ENTRANCE: If you park in the right lot, there’s an entrance that leads you to the back side of the restaurant where you will walk straight to get to the hostess. You can also enter through the front and walk straight to the restaurant through the hotel that way. MENU: This review is for the prix fixe menu they had set up for the New Year’s Eve dinner special. Complimentary bread and olive oil/balsamic vinegar to start off! We even got a complimentary glass of champagne toast to celebrate! — Started off the meal with a Butternut Squash soup, great flavor and perfect portion. — Plate 1: 4 options for appetizers. I opted for the Smoked Salmon(lighter and plated so nicely) and my boyfriend got the Duck Hash En Croute(heavier and lots of bold flavors). — Plate 2: 5 options for your main entrée. We both chose to get the 21 Day Dry Aged Certified Angus Beef Rib Eye. The cut of the meat was pretty thin, but it was delicious. It did take a while for our main entrée to come after we finished our appetizers. The carrots that were served with the rib eye were grilled pretty dark(I didn’t eat them). There were also some sweet potato-fennel gratin — yum! We ended taking most of it home since we were pretty full(and we wanted to make some room for dessert). — Dessert: Shared a Flourless Chocolate Cake! Very thick, but the salted caramel gelato that it was served with was delicious. Complemented it very well. Ended the night with some hot tea and we were good to go! Servers also came around with New Year’s Eve hats and party favors to add to the festivities. Would love to come back to check out their regular menu!

5 star cuz Toni is one of the nicest waitresses I have ever met. She is warm and friendly and treats you as if the restaurant is her home. Besides the exceptional service, the food is delicious. All the ingredients are sourced locally, so it is very sustainable. The dishes served are primarily Italian food. It is a little difficult to get to the restaurant since it is inside the hotel. There is no separate entrance except through the front door of the hotel. Definitely worth a bite if you are around the area!

Such an impressive little restaurant that lives inside the Concord Hilton. When I came here, it was for a wedding rehearsal dinner so the menu was prefixed. But everything was completely mouth watering. The experience started with a delicious and refreshing moscow mule. I typically don’t order these but I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. For starters, the wood fired pizzas and calamari were perfect. I started getting really excited for the main course at this point because everything was just getting better and better. Organic Mixed Greens salad: Had candied walnuts, grapes and feta cheese in it. So yummy! **Grilled Lamp Chops: YOUMUSTTRYTHIS. The meat was incredibly tender and seemed to melt off the bone. This was a big hit at the party, everyone seemed to be raving about it. This was a great restaurant and I would definitely come back.

I have been eating here for 3 years and Toni by far is the most genuine waitresses I have ever met. She gives you a warm welcome when you sit down and comes over and builds a genuine friendship with you. I can tell she cares for her guests and loves what she does! The food is great! Very high quality and fresh ingredients. Toni’s an additional plus why come back again and again!

Stopped in for a late night snack. Ended up having a wonderful pizza and truffle fries, along with some great wine. Tiffany, our bartender, was very knowledgeable of the wine options and made great recommendations. Pro tip: the wine flight is a great deal; you get 9 ounces of amazing wine for $ 17. I would highly recommend coming here. It definitely is not your typical hotel restaurant/bar.

3 stars because the service was great, friendly & prompt. Also, I will be back for the Bloody Mary Bar. The space and décor is warm and inviting The buffet was meh. Not much selection, the scrambled eggs were hard and dry. Good things: Thick cut bacon Fresh mellon, very tasty Maybe ordering off the menu is better.

I dined here twice during my stay at the Concord Hilton and really enjoyed the food! The first time, I got a barbecue pizza without the chicken and it was great. Super cheesy, nice sauce, good quality ingredients. The crust wasn’t the best, but overall it was tasty. The grilled avocado app I had was a bit weird but that was just a taste preference. The salads were nice as well. My dining partner had the chicken sandwich both times and really liked it. If you do try Plate & Vine, I HIGHLYRECOMMEND the Truffle Steak Fries!!! They were honestly in the top 5 fries I’ve ever had… thick, perfect cuts of potato, perfectly fried and with JUST the right amount of seasoning. I’m not crazy about the taste of truffles but these tasted absolutely delicious.

Ok so first off this is in a Hilton hotel. They advertised outdoor dining but none to be had… Tables outside but no real ambiance and it was a tad windy. Nonetheless the menu had a lot of great options and I was not disappointed with the special sea bass on a bed of spinach and mushroom risotto. The other dish we ordered was to be on handmade fettuccine only to be served with regular spaghetti as they«were out» …, Still tasty and very good sized portions. The wines by the glass were also extensive. So with the Unilocal coupons a great value really!

Came in because of the free flat bread coupon my wife had, and we also had a $ 20 check from open table. Didn’t realize it was inside of a hotel, but don’t let that sway you. Ambience is definitely not fine dining, but also not school cafeteria. I’d say it’s somewhere right down the middle. Bar looked well stocked, but didn’t indulge. Wood fire ovens are always cool, too! Ended up with the lamb chops and the veggie pizza, both were delightful. Chops were ordered medium rare, and came about medium, but I’d probably say it was because they only had a couple FOH people at the time and the kitchen was banging out food like nobody’s business; probably left on the pass, no biggie. If you’re in the area or even staying at the hotel, I’d recommend a quick bite to eat here.

Never would I imagine dining inside a hotel unless I’m actually in Vegas. Or, if I were staying at that particular hotel and it was my only choice… I came in on a Wednesday evening at 7:30 to dine alone. I originally made reservation for my friend, Ryan, and I because he was staying here during his visit. Unfortunately, he had a business dinner at 6:30 and told me that we’d meet up for drinks at 8:30, which I was fine with. However, his meeting ran late so we ended up meeting at 9:30. I showed up for dinner and followed my server, Griselda, to my table. I ordered the special – scallops with greens on a bed of crab hash. It was delicious! The scallops could use a little less salt, but the crab hash(pretty much tasted like crab cakes) was excellent. For $ 29, you get scallops, crab cakes and a salad in one dish. Great deal! The dish was definitely well executed… My two servers, Danila, and her new trainee, Griselda, were both very friendly and accommodating. Although a little slow, but Griselda is new so I won’t fault her since it’s only her second day on the job. She was very pleasant. Who would’ve thought that there’s a great restaurant in the city of Concord inside of the Hilton? I would’ve never found this place if it weren’t for the fact that Ryan was staying here. I guess I have one more thing to thank him for… NOT! LOL I give it 4 stars on the food and 4 stars for the service. I thought about giving it 5 stars, but I didn’t want my review to be based on just one dish.

Drinks and service were five stars, which almost made up for the two-star calamari. Yes, it’s a restaurant inside a hotel, but it does feel like it’s own entity. I like that there is easy access to the Iron Horse Trail, which makes it all that much more walkable from home.

Really enjoyed sitting at «the pantry» watching the desserts being made. It seemed like every server in the place stopped by to check on me. So attentive! Chocolate crème brûlée was perfectly decadent. Rib eye steak on a bed of artichokes and savory bits was delicious. I was hesitant to come since in hotel but this is definitely worth a stop.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. Our server made us feel like we were guests at the hotel, even though we only came here for dinner. I highly recommend the Fried Monterey Bay Calamari! The wine list consists of popular items such as Beringer, La Crema, and Clos Du Bois. Mount Veeder is also offered, which is a nice addition. I would love to see this place offer more wine flights, as well as a rotating wine menu. I’ve heard that the Wood Fired Pizza is to die for!

I loved this place last night!!! First of all– amazing happy hour!!! We had a large group of about 15 and Sharlee our server was very helpful. House chard-$ 4 Huge hh meat pizza fresh out of wood oven-$ 8 Warmed olives-$ 3 Lightly breaded calamari-$ 8 The burger my cousin got on the hh menu looked divine as well. Great wine selection. Warriors game playing. Longgg communal tables for big groups and private booths for small groups. My sister really wanted a fresh baked pretzel which was not on their menu… But they made it fresh in their pizza oven just for her! This place is totally hidden in the back of Concord Hilton but its my new fave spot!!!
