EEK– METHINKSNOT!!! I would def put ZERO stars they are this bad. Harassed at reception desk. Bad service to new Hilton Rewards program member(me) and receptionist REFUSES to check me in BEFORE I got disgruntled? What’s up, Marriott? You can definitley hire better front desk staff and Managers who did not help, asked me to leave their beautiful property. :(pathetic.

Nice hotel on the outside. I am editing my review based upon the contact I received from Matt at the hotel. The valet is a subcontractor and the issues mentioned were quickly addressed. It’s great when a vendor displays true concern and takes measures to self correct. I will book another room in June.

We stayed at several places in the area. This is the best so far, and there are no more that we expect to try. Check in and out easy. Parking(expensive) was easy. We had one meal(breakfast) in the restaurant and it was good. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and so was the bed. A negative was the price of WiFi. One thing that was along the line of a five star property, although it is not one, is the staff –lots of friendly and nice«hellos» and«good mornings» in the halls, not just the lobby.

Not a bad little spot! Really nice lobby area. Well laid out for a conference(I’ve been here for a few). Decent rooms, nice bar area, and the restaurant is really not bad at all! This is easy to access from 680 and close to good dining in Walnut Creek.

I’m back for work again. This time I was offered a free wi-if code. Therefore I am updating my review by adding one more star. I also ate and Plate and Vine last night. I wasn’t that hungry so I ordered the wine plate. It was pretty good. Unfortunately my waitress wasn’t very good.

Stayed here for the 1st Mouse con. We brought our 7 month baby to this hotel. We got a room with two full size bed, but what hotel has full size bed not queen beds??? Motels have rooms with 2 queen size bed… Pro: hotel and rooms clean, friendly service, bedding was nice. Con: a lot of night time events go on and if you have a room over looking courtyard you can hear all the noise, out dated look, got a call at 10pm at night when our baby was asleep, have to pay for WiFi per day.

The hotel is recently remodeled and the amenities are fine. The breakfast is good, but runs about $ 20 and parking is $ 15 a night. Wifi is $ 10 a day unless you sign up for their loyalty program, which makes it free. The biggest let down is the tiny bathroom with low water pressure and luke warm water. They should have spent some of that remodeling money on the domestic water system and laying out the bathrooms, and this place would be great.

Pleasantly surprised. We had been driving all day on a getaway weekend and wanted to have the choice of stopping when ready and finding a decent, cheapish hotel to stay in that was hopefully close to night life. Heading in from the east we became hangry in Vacaville but either the good hotels were booked for the night or crappy had raised prices too much. We kept driving and found ourselves in concord. First hotel was way too pricey and had no restaurants or anything around it. Hilton was our second choice but didn’t disappoint. Only negative was the parking fee but we didn’t care at that point. We found shopping and restaurants all around but decided to stay in and eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were all friendly and pleasant, not on bad thing to say about them. The food was great, we got pizza and salad with the wine flights. Then headed to the hotel bar where we had great drinks! Room is gorgeous, well designed, and clean. Bed was comfortable, though I’m never comfortable in a hotel bed. There were complimentary snacks waiting for us, and great coffee in the morning. Overall great experience. Only downside is expensive paid parking but it makes sense why they have to with businesses close by and events held at the hotel.

Pay to park your car, someone’s hair on the bedsheet, WiFi is extra charge, no free breakfast, and someone’s crusty puke in the path from parking lot to hotel main entrance, would not be staying here again.

When you hear the name of Hilton Hotel you immediately think of 5 stars hotel. NOT this one!!! The staff members were nice but everything else is no-no! They charging for parking and wifi — really!!! The hotel room is expensive for«motel» standard room. The pool is small too! The 2 double bed are full size beds, not comfortable at all. The Vine Plate restaurant is so bad. Their pizzas are awful, no test at all and also the other dishes we were ordered too. If you are looking for hotel in the area I will recommended the Crown Plaza, better place and prices.

This was one of our best trips ever! We usually stay at a more ‘fancy’ version of Hilton when we come out to the Central Coast, but this time we were looking to save a few dollars and stay a little closer to our favourite attractions(Waterworld & Six Flags). Wow! What a surprise! Our family was treated to some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the pool and fitness center are nice and clean, and the breakfast is really good! We thought that the highlight of staying here would be the short walk over to Waterworld and a nice dinner across the street at the Claim Jumper, but what really made the trip special was the staff of the Hotel! Especially Danielle! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a memorable experience. My children don’t want to stay anywhere else from now on! :-) Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Never stayed in a Hilton before. 1. You do pay for wifi and parking. I believe it’s $ 15 a day for parking and $ 5 a day for basic wifi. 2. I didn’t like the bathroom. It is small and it does have a distinct smell. Clean but for some reason it does smell. The sink with mirror has no space. I have to move all my beauty stuff by the tv because it can only fit your toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap. 3. I don’t understand the deal with the safe box by where they keep the hangers and iron. Seems like it’s not suited for an average adult height. You have to bend in order to use the hangers and the safe. 4. The beds were fine. Pillows are great. 5. The coffee maker behind the TV? I don’t understand that either. Typically even at a motel 6, they have a separate table or sometimes on top of the fridge you can find the coffee maker but in our room, it’s actually right behind the TV. Just imagine my make up right next to the coffee maker. Awesome, right? Not. 6. Had a late check in. The front desk lady wasn’t too friendly. Seems like she’s busy arguing with another coworker about something. I find it unprofessional since you have a customer in front of you. She doesn’t even explained about the wifi, the parking, etc. 7. The day front desk peeps were friendly. 8. Location is nice close to restaurants. Walking distance to Panera. Overall, I might stay here again or maybe not.

Lets start with the parking. Very easy in and out. Really close to the front door as Well. There is also a valet here. Next, when you walk in it’s really nice inside. Very spacious and well decorated. This location has many amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, multiple bars, and a restaurant. The rooms are really nice. I had a singel king room. Looks as if it was recently remodeled. My only gripe was the house keeping came a knockin at like 7:45am.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Concord. We chose to stay at this location because we were getting married nearby and we believed it to be one of the nicer hotels of the area. We even got a room block for our guests. Unfortunately, our expectations were not exceeded nor were they even close to being met. We experienced a multitude of service failures from the reservations department to the hotel stay and accommodations. We are sincerely saddened by this whole situation. I grew up looking to the Concord Hilton as one of the nicest hotels in the East Bay, and it always held some esteem to me. Those little girl expectations have been blown to smithereens by this horrible, terrible, unimaginable experience on our wedding weekend.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The worst part about it was the restroom. Tiny. So small that it’s difficult to close the door if you are in the restroom. The restroom smelled like #2 the whole stay. We could not figure out the reason why, only suspected that the fan that normally suctioned air out of our bathroom was instead pumping air in from other rooms exhaust. Our room was an executive suite right next to the executive lounge. We were woken up every morning by food peppers and guests. Be aware this hotel also charges $ 15/day for self parking and $ 18/day for valet. Ridiculous when this is Concord… Not San Francisco! Oh, and our room never got turned over. This hotel gets 1 star for friendliness of the staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Concord. The facilities were all quite clean, amenities were accessible, and they had a good lobby area which was nice for work. I really have no complaints about my stay!

Whatever you do avoid room 225. Or any room facing the pool for that matter. They have placed a speaker directly below the window and they blare music all night long. It was the worst night of sleep I have had in a really long time. Then when we talked to the manager about it he blamed it on us saying we should have told him about it during the night. I would have liked to but I didn’t know where the music was coming from at 3 am. I usually never leave reviews but this experience was bad enough to merit a response.

This is my second stay here and it has definitely improved since my last stay. I was staying in the double bed suite but Ryan who works at the front desk hooked me up and upgraded me to the king size bed suite. I stay here a while(a month) so any little detail counts. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The bell service people here are the best!
