Peet’s Coffee & Tea

Oh, this is bad. I forgot the name of the Manager working «that» one Saturday night… months ago! Short hair, red or dyed so, some tattoos/​piercings, glasses, 5’6″? (And this is why, children, you should post your Unilocal Review ASAP after your experience with said establishment.) POINT BEING: she was gregarious, friendly, genuinely desiring my being happy with my drink, offering to freshen it up if I wasn’t satisfied. The drink was fine, her smile and laugh were infectious, her attitude was a good example to her employees. Nice Job…“Manager”. ;-)

Awesome staff, delicious coffee, and pastry. What else do you want in a coffee stop.
Side Note:
If you go on weekends and want to sit down and drink coffee there, come early, lots of regulars, not enough seats…

Love my local peets. It does get really busy at times, so I try to avoid the rush during peak hours. Sometimes I am unsuccessful. Oh well

This Peet’s is by far my favorite location! The employees are always so friendly and the drinks are always delicious. Although, it would be nice if they had a stamp card or gold card like Starbucks for their regular customers. Overall, I come here a few times a week and it is always a pleasant experience :)

1.5 pump pumpkin latte with almond milk was just right and not overly sweet for me! A little busy here on a Saturday morning but that’s to be expected and I didn’t mind the wait which was no more than about ten minutes from being in line to having my drink in hand.

As far ad coffee shops go, this one is the most authentic with a true community vibe. More unique than a Starbucks, but equally overpriced. The coffee is average at best.

Peets is the best! Staff are great and what can you say about the coffee other than great! I smile when I walk in and see regulars – almost feels like I’m in my living room enjoying a cup!!!

Friendly staff, great coffee, nice atmosphere — what else could you ask for ! They are always happy to change any drink and they will make anything you want even if it’s not on the menu.

Wonderful tea selection, I love how you can choose bag or loose leaf tea. If you ask they will pour it into a personal sized tea pot for you and they will refill it with hot water for free. Nice place to go spend a lazy morning.

The ‘remodel’ is pathetic… imho…NOT functional OR ESTHETICALLY NICE TO LOOK @.
+ The Wi-​Fi is like DIAL-​UP SLOOOOW… what’s up w/​that? I used to go to the PEET’S @ TODO SANTOS, until there Wi-​Fi also went to the ‘dial-​up’ speed.
I’m guessing they are very tired of ‘seeing’& receiving’ my $ 20’s…No problem… I just happen to know of a place that has FAAAST Wi-​Fi…

This Peet’s got a face-​lift! My boyfriend and I went last night to find so much has changed! The tables inside and out are much more modern looking, definitely aesthetically pleasing. From my original review, so much has changed. It isn’t «cute and cozy» inside anymore, the comfy chairs are gone, there are fewer two-​person tables, but much more seating in general. There is a large, 8 (ish) person table, bar-​like seating against the window wall, and a cushioned bench in the middle with small, two-​person tables along the bench and chairs on the other side.
A lot of what I loved about this Peet’s in particular changed. It was cozy and allowed for being able to sit with private conversations if you wanted to, my boyfriend and I went during our first date but I wouldn’t consider it for the first-​date-​chit-​chat now. Haha.
On the other side, it looks cleaner, the tables, counters, and lights are all much better and the window seats are a good place to sit to get work done.
So much change, but not bad at all!

If i can give this peets 10 stars i would. I’ve been going to this peet’s for a year and never had a problem. Great customer service. Drinks are always great and fast. The whole staff is very friendly. Definately recommend this peets.

Starbucks was my favorite when I first trying anything coffee-​like. How could you not love it, tons of sugar and flavoring to mask the coffee flavor!
I love Peet’s give me a white mocha or a pumpkin latte (when in season) anyday! Have you tried the Starbucks pumpkin latte, it is disgustingl!
They’re never too busy or crowded whenever I visit this location and the people are friendly.

Great Peets not far from us. Always seems like a friendly crowd, and the service is excellent. I’m more of a Starbucks client, so I don’t go here nearly enough, but I’ve never had a bad experience or drink here. And some of their flavors are great: love their new Caramel Macchiatto and the Iced Coconut lattes.
Tip: I see on their website that they have coffee tastings here on Saturday mornings from 10 – 11!

Not digging the up-​charges for sugar free flavors and non dairy milk. Some of us have special dietary restrictions and they apparently add up quickly at Peet’s! The iced, sugar free vanilla, almond milk latte was pretty good but not $ 5.05 good. Service was cool.
I can’t imagine the bottle of sugar free syrup costs so much more than the regular bottle at wholesale that it warrants a 50 cent mark up per every couple pumps. I am going to have to start bringing my own syrup in my purse and sneaking it into my cup!
Probably won’t be back to Peet’s in general because of the price, not this location specifically.

I don’t find myself out this way often but I happened to be working in Clayton and was in need of some caffeine. I saw this Peet’s and immediately pulled into the parking lot.
I arrived around 7:30 on a Wednesday and there were a number of people in line. The two people working that morning have their job down pat and I was in and out in just a few minutes with a medium sugar-​free and non-​fat vanilla latte in hand.
