Kelly-Moore Paint Store

Went to Kelly Moore cause their paint is the best! Excellent customer service too… I showed a picture of my new bathroom to the sales rep and she was able to help me choose colors that worked perfectly! I am so please with the color and friendly staff!

I have never set foot in this store but I am so impressed by there customer service! The reason for this is Chris Hubbard!!! I was at the end of my patience level with the Kelly Moore store in Walnut Creek. I had placed a «special order» for spray cans to paint a piece of furniture. Told it would be in the following Monday, called and told «not in yet, call back on Wed». Called on Thursday… put on hold for way too long, way too many times and told still not there. Called the Concord Kelly Moore store and spoke with Chris. He was so understanding and said he would help me by making some calls for me!!! Called me back within 10 minutes. He had located the spray cans in Vacaville!!! Which was great, but I live in Moraga! He said «no problem» I live out that way, I will pick them up at the store and have them for you tomorrow in Concord. At 9am this morning, true to his word, Chris calls to tell me he’s has them waiting for me. I am beyond impressed! Customer service like this is not to be found. Chris Hubbard is such an asset to the Kelly Moore Paint Co. If I was his boss I would give him a big raise. He is a gem, and the reason for my 5 star rating. This is the Kelly Moore Store to go to if you want to be valued as a customer. Thank you Chris Hubbard!
