Joey Levine’s Lights Out Training

Joey is a remarkable trainer with a rare mix of qualities. I started seeing him as I recovered from a serious health problem. He was attentive to my needs and limitations, as well well as my hopes for the future. He used a heart monitor, custom exercises, nutrition, and insight to get me moving and back into life. I appreciated the way he did that in such an encouraging and empowering way. Now I am active, doing great at work with all this energy, and enjoying life. I credit Joey with much of that. While I am his remedial client, my wife is all buff and does her advanced cross training with him. We both benefit immeasurably from his knowledge, compassion, professionalism, and sense of humor.
