This review is for building two. It’s very annoying and unprofessional to have to listen to the receptionists gossip loudly about people and complain about their lives. Then give bare minimum responses to patients.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve seen three different doctors at this location and two of them suck beyond words. I recently saw Dr. Mark Allan Smith. He walked into the room didn’t look at me or acknowledge me in any way. He sat down and started typing on the computer. After about 30 seconds, again without looking at me, he introduced himself and asked me who I am. He then asked me why I was there. I told him I’m was having some problems with acne. He continued looking at the computer, got a weird look on his face and said, «it says here that you’re here for acne?». So he asked a question but didn’t bother to listen for the answer. He continued to not show any interest in me by not asking any questions. I’m in my 40’s and told him that what I’m dealing with is different than when I was a teenager. He didn’t ask any questions about how it’s different. He had no interest whatsoever in helping me. I have acne which already makes me feel like a leper and after spending a couple minutes with Dr. Smith I just wanted to cry and crawl into a dark hole. He is a doctor. A doctors job is to help people. He made me feel like I was a serious inconvenience to him.

Glad they exist, but zomg they could treat us humans a little kinder. The lab is a drop-In lab, so no appointment is needed, XRay is by appointment, as are all other medical services. The physical therapists are really knowledgeable and treat you with plenty of human kindness. The mammogram folks were pretty kind as well.
