Comfort Suites Concord Mills

Three or four years ago this place was great, you received a good deal for your money with all of the competition that’s in the area hotel wise. But at some point they changed management or owners. I came to visit the area on vacation. What a joke. How do you rent out rooms that look like they’re in the middle of renovating it. Pubic hair found found in shower and bed linen of a room that was supposed to be ready for a new guest checking in. Broken electrical sockets. Air conditioner than only blew hot air. Tiny 14 inch flat screen tv with dirty & non functioning tv remotes. Broken cabinet mounted microwave. Substituted with a dirty counter model microwave that looked like it was purchased at $ 10 yard sale. I demanded a refund and management pleaded that I try another room in place of the first. I agreed, upon arrival found second to be worse than first. At that point to get satisfaction I called
Who I have book the reservation through to get refund that management of hotel was so hesitant in doing. I would rather sleep on a park bench next time then book a room at this dump. Management and new owner do this hotel chain a great disservice by representing this brand.

Maybe they could have gotten me a ground floor room and helped me out. Guess who’s never staying in this hotel again.

Rooms are really old,. My group and I stayed here for a week and found that mattresses in several rooms were horrible.
There are microwaves, fridges in the rooms.

Had not stayed here in some time. Still a high quality hotel that I prefer.
They have added a power block in each room that not only allows for more electrical outlets, but also serves to recharge your cell phones, mp3 players, etc. Hope more hotels add this convenience.
The free hot breakfast is still a step above most any other lodging establishment.
I highly recommend this Comfort Suites.
