Best Haircuts

This haircut place has great service, fast and friendly. I wasn’t certain how my haircut would turn out but was pleasantly happy that it was one of the better cuts that I’ve had. On top of the service and quality of the cut, the prices were lower than most other places — sort of a win win.

This place is the best place for a cheap, and quality cut. I have gone here about 4 times now and have never been disappointed. The lady who cuts my hair is very friendly and provides a great cut for only 10 bucks.

I was disappointed that my hair didn’t look any different then before I went in there It seems like a lot of hair dressers don’t know how to cut women hair like the pictures they have in there salon I still look like I need a hair cut

We’ve been going here for years and all the folks have been great. They listen to you and do what you ask. Not like some places that cut your hair the way they «think» it should look.
Prices are low. They could charge more.
We tip well so the lower prices are fine. I’m going to spend $ 15-​$ 20 no matter what. The high price means less tip for them.

I wholeheartedly agree with the other Unilocal reviewers. You walk in, show them a picture and get exactly what you want. Few times have I ever been so satisfied with a haircut. What’s more is how quickly it was done. Incredibly impressed.

I walked in lookin Mr. Bean and walked out like Brad Pitt. These $ 10 haircuts are the sh*t! Consistent quality, staff is super friendly, and $ 10 bucks — ’nuff said!

I work out in concord but live in Antioch and I wanted to get all my ends cut off without spending over 100 dollars on a place that would barley cut anything off. The only thing close to me is supercuts. I Unilocaled a few places and decided to try this after reading some good reviews. I walked in and was greeted by two Asian women, sat down, it was about a 15 minute wait (I went on a Sunday afternoon) when it was my turn I told the woman that I wanted to cut about 3 or 4 inches off to get rid of my dead ends and for her to add layers. I also have a shaved side on my left side that was long so I asked her to buzz it back down. I was a little worried cause she didn’t seem like she spoke good English but she said yes to all my requests. But anywhoo cut to the end, she cut off EXACTLY how much I wanted, the layers were great and the buzz was just how I wanted. All for the price of 16 dollars! A regular ladies cut is only 14 but mine was 16 cause of the shaved side. I think I found a new hair cut spot!

I just moved to the east bay and decided to go here over some of the other barber shops that charge way more. I was pleasantly surprised with the price ($ 10), customer service and the job these ladies do. I am very picky about my haircuts and this place is by far the BEST! I simply tell them how I like it or I have shown them a picture, and they match it PERFECTLY! I will only go here. Thank you Best Haircuts!

I’ve been going here since I was TEN. The lady who works here is SO SWEET and I LOVE HER! She’s super fast and always does an amazing job. and SUPER CHEAP here, they work way too hard for the prices they charge for. SERIOUSLY.

Good haircuts, for excellent prices. Sometimes the wait is long, but I trust this place because it’s the same two people who are always here cutting hair and they are very consistent. You won’t have to worry about whether your haircut will be good or just so-​so every time you go in. It also helps that the 2 employees are very friendly, so it’s not hard to tip them well for their hard work.

Well… not good experience at all! My son never had a problem before cutting his hair. First, the lady I don’t know how put hair in my son mouth which was horrible, just think about it. I told her to do not use the clipper, but still she did it and my son was terrify. I started the appointment saying that I just wanted to trim his hair to make it grow his waves that other bad stylist make disappear.
We left with my son super short hair, no waves at all and he is now scare to go to any salon to cut his hair.
PS: My husband had a cut too with a man and his hair is now growing really bad. It looks like fur not hair.
Wondering if the good reviews are genuine…

I was sitting in another shop, the sports theme place down the road, waiting for my hair cut. They were packed and only two people there doing hair. I knew it would be an hour wait. I got on Unilocal and looked up other place to get my cut. Found this place and decided to give it a try.
They were great, did a fantastic job and were half the price. They’re my new go to place for a hair cut.

$ 10 for a men’s/kids haircut. It doesn’t get much better than that. Here’s the rub… unlike the corporate discount salons (Great Clips, Supercuts, etc.), they actually care about your hair here.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and though the ownership has recently changed, the quality has remained consistent. Washington and the female hairstylist whose name I have yet to learn are warm, friendly, and give a damn good haircut for the price.
