My new go to place!!! Went there for lunch yesterday. OMG!!! Proprietors, Carlos and Maricela Zamora, have perfected the family business originated, by the late great Chato Zamora!!! They offer an impressive menu, for dine-​in or togo prefernces, that includes my favorite pork ribs (the most meaty, tender, and tasteful) I’ve ever eaten!!! The food is cooked to perfection, and the friendly, helpful service will make you definitely anticipate your next visit!!!

Im pleased to be first review, i drove by in morning, i got tenden on by a real nice and friendly cashier, when i asked her about getting a taste of carnitas, she went above and beyond, she gave me a tour and. I GOT TO TASTE all of it. DELICIOUS carnitas, bomb buche and the cueritos my god the cueritos… plus The staff is cool, got to meet Don Carlos (the man behind the carnitas), and the friendly cashier (didn’t get her name) theres good music playing, the place is super clean in and out. I will definitely be back!
Finally!!! Compton got a cool spot for Good Carnitas!!!
