Went there a couple of days ago for a meeting. We ordered 2 drinks. My son got his drink and i waited for mine. After 10 minutes I asked, they had mistaken my name for a guy and after sitting there for 10 minutes he just handed it to me. I was upset and they didn’t apologize or make me a new drink. What if there had been a person by that name he would of gotten a free drink. Thank you. Will not return there again.

Just got off work, it is hot out so I wanted to cool off a bit so decided I put the Starbucks app to the test and ordered a Strawberry Acai refresher. Went in to the store and I asked for my drink. The barista chick or whatever said«We are out of that drink. You can order the hibiscus refresher or get your money back» When she told me that, my smile turned upside down. I ordered the hibiscus berry refresher, I was so hot and wanted a cold drink. I was not satisfied with the drink or the service I received. The app should have an option to where they inform you if they are not going to have what you ordered that way I can just go to another location. Waste of time pfff

I wish their customer service is as good as other Starbucks locations. The drive thru is without fail slower than molasses most times. I truly wish the employees here have better customer service skills to at least compensate for their slow drive thru times.

This Starbucks is something else! I love starbucks but this location has some staff that are very uninviting, unfriendly and have no customer service at all. Of course there are some that are very nice as well. Unfortunately the ones with the horrible attitude are the ones that are there most of the time. I used to stop by every morning here but stopped. I just went back today through drive-thru and my passenger mentioned how rude the woman taking our order was… all I said is yup,(not a surprise to me) I bet i know who it is too. When the drive-thru is moving that slow and the person taking the order is that rude it’s always that same employee.

Bad customer service, not friendly at all. The«Drive-thru» is always about 30 min wait time. Two days go I ordered a Grande caramel Frapp w/extra caramel, no extra caramel was given but charged and the cup given was so sloppy and sticky.

I had just finished doing the volunteer trash pickup along la river and was thirsty. So I went to the drive thru. And the heavier set Hispanic girl looked annoyed I asked for a napkin… Also I was Gna ask her to throw away my old coffee cup but before I could she said she’s not allowed to accept trash. So dumb… Are u really that lazy? Or you’d rather have trash outside ur store instead? Not that I would litter but I know many other ppl would. Branch manager should really teach their employees not be lazy and more friendlier to customers

It’s a big, beautiful store that’s pleasantly clean and decently busy. I walked right up to the counter and was helped by a sweet woman who was concise and clear. The barista who made my drink was helpful and polite, great customer service start to finish. It took a little while for my drink to be made, but they also serve a very busy drive-thru, something I wish I had thought to pick before going into the store. This is clearly a store meant for the long haul customer, lots of plugs for laptops and powermats for charging phones. If you’re in the area and debating whether or not you need the coffee, I strongly recommend giving into the urge and coming here.

Worst Starbucks ever! It’s convenient because it’s near the freeway I exit every morning. Drive thru is slow and workers are rude. My last visit the milk tasted old. It had a sour taste and smelled bad. I didn’t realize it until I was at my job. Horrible!

Honestly, you just need your coffee and access to the wifi so enjoy the free amenities!!! I like coming to this Starbucks to study and complete my assignments. There is ample amount of parking and fast food chains.

I believe this one recently opened last year after rebuilding up this shopping center. Stopped here after a run to Best Buy. This one does have a drive thru as well. Not a really a big SB some tables inside and outside. Since it’s new it looks really nice and clean. Well now on too what I didn’t like they were not stocked up on food there were hardly any next there were about 4 girls working and it seemed like they were all attending to the drive thru I was waiting at the register and they were all not paying attention then one says hello and turns around to finish what she was doing then finally I got helped the good thing they were pretty fast making my drink and warming up my bagel so I give them credit for that. So I’ll probably be back if I ever make a Best Buy run during my lunch time.

I’m just not happy with some of the employees that aren’t fully aware of the promotions going on. I have a card that I receive a sticker for every holiday drink I buy. When I have 5 stickers I can get ANY espresso drink of my choice for free(no frappuccino or teas) So I came on Sunday and ordered a caramel brûlée iced latte and a vanilla iced latte. We gave the guy 2 cards to received them free but he tells us that it doesn’t apply to the vanilla iced latte because it isn’t a holiday drink. We were confused but we didn’t care we just wanted to get our drinks and go so we paid for it. My brother works at a Starbucks so I texted him to ask him about the promotion and why is it that we couldn’t use it towards the vanilla iced latte and he basically confirmed to me that the guy was wrong and does apply to it. He suggested we head back and ask for our money back but we had already left. This isn’t the first time that we use a card like this and the employee gives us wrong info & tries to decline the card but we actually correct them and even make them read the«fine print» on the back of the card which then they apologize for it.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks location that I have ever been to. I’m not one to be particular about franchised establishments and all I expect from Starbucks at least is prompt service, cleanliness, and internet that works. I drove to this Starbucks because a friend had said this one was fairly new and was well equipped for studying, but I think I will stick to my usual go-to starbucks that while are smaller, provide at least a reasonable amount of service that I think is standard for all Starbucks locations. I visited this location on Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy, probably so much so that the tables were not clean that were empty and you had to clean them yourself. On top of that, when I went to order, there were maybe 4~5 employees working and no one turned to even say«I’ll be with you in a minute». I’m even okay with that part, but I made two purchases in the few hours that I spent studying there and both times, they didn’t even bother to call out my name. I listened and even watched attentively the second time because I wanted to make sure they would call me for my order, but the guy just left my sandwich at the pick-up area and didn’t even call out my name. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom. *Let me add that I wanted the Sweet Green juice, which they said they didn’t have in stock. Then I asked for a banana and they said they bananas were in no condition to sell… I can’t really complain that they don’t have things on their menu. but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced no bananas :(
