When the store was first opened, it was well organized, fully stocked, and clean. Go figure that wouldn’t last long. I have yet to figure out why the lines are always long and slow. Cashiers talk to much and need to focus on comprehending and ringing up transactions. The store needs more organization and needs to take pride in getting customers in and out.

I’m currently still in line at dollar tree. Came in for just a bow and wrapping paper. The lines are long as hell and the employees don’t care to open more lanes. Only Two lanes open and Miguel continues to walk around doing nothing. In line for almost 10 minutes now. Not organized. Wack.

Terrible! The employees that work here are extremely rude! You come into the store and all you get are stares. Not even a «Hello» or «Welcome» When I got to the checkout my total came down to $ 4.08 I wanted to get rid of some extra change so I gave her $ 2 in quarters and the rest was in dollars and the eight cents. I guess these people are afraid of change because the cashier and another employee were giving me a look like they’ve never seen change before. Then they started talking about me while I was still standing there waiting for her to hand me my bags. Worst location! Don’t shop here! I prefer the Downey location because at least the store is clean and the employees are polite, no matter how you choose to pay.

Four stars YESSS! A five star rating… noooo way! I find the store to lack organization and space. The only reason I come here is for the greeting cards and wrapping paper. Workers are the usual, who could care less about customers. The consumers are the usual as well, which consists of the neighborhood demographics of: African American, Mexican, and some Asians. Parking can sometimes be difficult. Since it is Compton, there is ALWAYS one or two police cars supposedly patrolling the area. Eh! Browse around though. You never know you might find something useful.

Alicia’s check stand was closing. The only line that was open, the line started building up quickly. I only had 2 items & the gentleman behind me had only 2 items. Alicia was gracious enough to check both of us out and was efficient & quick! I appreciate her being a team player & helping me out when he could have closed her check stand & went on break or something. Customer service such as this is why people continue to go back. Customer service like Alicia’s is rare & greatly appreciated when experienced! She made my day! Thank you Alicia!

Thank you for putting a Dollar Tree close to home!!! This store is the best and has a great selection! It is also super clean and the staff here is the best! Very professional and always ready to answer questions and help out! Best discount store ever!
