7-Eleven

This morning… It was already bad enough that I was in a rush. I walk in and greet the guy. He doesn’t pay much mind to me which is completely understandable. It’s the morning. He may be tired and doesn’t feel like dealing with people. I get it in the line and ask for an English muffin. Then I hop on the bus only to find out that it’s cold. I’m scared to eat it considering that it may get me sick. I’m just so disappointed. The guy should’ve known how long the muffin was in the heater for. Some may say that I should’ve been able to tell that it was cold by the feel of the rapper. It didn’t feel cold and I just wanted to get in and out so that I wouldn’t miss my bus. Now I’m on the way to work with a cold «English muffin» and an upset stomach.

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now, ever since I had to relocate after my house burned down. I’ve met numerous employees and the owners, and they are all very friendly. Any time I’ve had an issue (no company is perfect) they always fix it with no arguments, service is always fast even with long lines, food is always fresh, coffee and got cocoa machine are always filled and if not they fill it. They keep their store clean and organized well, and I’ve seen them go above and beyond for customers many times, including myself.

Coffee never hot… I ask if he was going to make some more, and he said he just made and if I wanted to put it in the microwave…

This is one of the friendliness, clean family oriented store that cares about their customers. I love going in there because they welcome you with a smile, and they make sure they have everything you want, if not the owner will try his best to get it in… Great job to my neighborhood ⁷⁄₁₁

One of my go to spots ever since it opened a few blocks from my house. It’s still pretty clean in here since opening. The people are relatively friendly. I mainly come here for the ATM, but definitely for and ICEE.

The service and the staff are very friendly. A few times that I have frequented this location the staff went above and beyond to assist me with searching for a particular item. My only complaint is that they might be a little under staffed during peak morning hours because the coffee station is sometimes messy. But that’s probably normal at all locations.

This place is very clean and the people are extremely nice here. They say sir and m’aam and always smile. I get the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at 7-​Eleven at this location. I’m very happy coming here. Everything always seems to be clean and in stock.
I will definitely be back!
