After purchasing a Groupon that this company was promoting, I set up an appointment and took the day off from work to be home. The set time came and went and there was no answer back from them on the phone leaving me to wait all day. A call finally came back telling me to cancel the Groupon and the appointment. Any company that backs out of its sales promotions and leaves its customers waiting without any word of explanation is a company that cannot be trusted to come into your home for any reason.
