As usual they screwed up my order and I wasn’t going back through the drive thru and waiting on line again for them to fix it when it took 10 – 15 min for me to order and then get my food in the first place with 2 cars in front of me.

A big thanks to Manuel, the area manager, for being a man of his word and following thru on his promise to correct a mistake that was made months ago during my last trip out this way. Yes, a mistake occurred but we all know that happens. What seems most important to me is the degree of willingness to admit those mistakes and correct those mistakes. Both Manuel and his staff at this location have impressed me with their sincerity. Thank you.

I used to love KFC (I’m old enough to refer to it as Kentucky Fried Chicken). For the last 10 years or so, I wasn’t anywhere close to one, so the proximity of this establishment to my domicile is a treat.
This people at the location are friendly, the place is moderately clean, and the chicken is delcious.

The chicken was very good although the side dishes leave a little to be desired. They need more choices. The night I went to get take out, the place was extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait but the staff worked well together to get the food out as fast as they could.
