Burrito Loco

I get Burrito Loco at least twice a month and I’m never disappointed. I am a bit of a quesadilla junkie and their quesadilla is one of the best I’ve ever had. Food is always nice and hot and the service is always friendly and efficient. if you couldn’t already tell… I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Burrito was absolutely delicious two times in a row. Big helping of guacamole and good sized chicken portion. The jack cheese was nice and melted inside the burrito. They give you a side of chips with a homemade salsa bar, the salsa is out of this world. Ingredients are super fresh and the burrito was ready in only a few minutes. My co-​workers and I order from here at least twice a week. Delivery is super fast. Food is always hot upon arrival. Everyone we deal with is very polite and friendly.
It is rare that a diverse group of people as ourselves agree upon the quality of food we get, but there are no complaints from us about this place. Vegetarian entrees are good, fish tacos are good. Steak and chicken tostada salads are awesome. Once in a while I get the chimichanga. Awesome!!!
Would have given 5 stars, but the price is a little high for the amount of food.

In the past my reviews of this establishment have been so-​so, but during my last few visits I have noticed a significant improvement in the service and food. They recently did some remodeling and it looks much cleaner and inviting. The quality of food is MUCH better, the people behind the counter are friendly and professional, and the portions are extremely generous. The smoked pepper salsa is also the best I have ever tasted.
Thank you Burrito Loco! You are now my go to place for fish tacos and quesadillas.

Hands down the BEST Mexican take out in Suffolk County! Taco Perfecto, Pork Burito, and the Steak Quesadilla are awesome. The guacamole is a must have.

Burrito Loco I haven’t been back in over a year;
Despite the overload on cheese, I don’t Like the place, and here is why:
A standard Quesadilla, on the menu, is about $ 5 and change. add to it chicken, and you just added about $ 2.69… what you wind up with is an under filled Quesadilla for more than it’s worth– to me this just seems like a royal rip-​off, no? A drink is $ 1 and change; this put a single meal, that tastes just alright, at almost $ 12… for what? All I had was melted cheese in a tortilla, with a very small portion of chicken…
Not overly expensive here but for what you are served, the prices are too high.
Don’t get me started on the crack squad of employees; service wasn’t even as good as these pimple popping teens could offer. They give you an extremely small side of tortilla chips with your order and inform you of the «salsa bar.» (the shadiest looking thing I’ve seen yet)
I see no reason to return, to this overpriced, under clean, and for lack of better terms… never mind

Went in for lunch got chicken quesadilla and my boyfriend got fish tacos with avocado, both lunch specials (came with chips, salsa bar and soda)
Huge portions, quick and friendly service and delicious food!
Chicken quesadilla had a buffalo sauce and corn in it, gave it real good kick.
Fish tacos was made with red snapper and shredded mozzarella & avocado.
Will go back for lunch!

A nice little Mexican restaurant in which the food is huge in portion. The burrito Classico is my favorite they pack a large amount of steak in it so every bite is not just a load of rice with a little meat.
It is also convenient that you can order to go or stay depending on if your on lunch break or not.

This taco joint is clean, and enjoyable. They are mainly a carry-​out place, but you can sit in. There tacos are good and they have a good selection of soft drinks but no alcoholic drinks available. They also give you free chips!

This place is great. Food quality is good and portions ate huge. I am confused by the ratings. Try the burrito gamba (shrimp) plus where else can you get Jarritos.

I would give this restaurant negative rating I got 4 tacos hard shell and when they got to me they were ice cold and could not even eat them waste of money I also got a rice bowl and chili and got no silverware I called and asked to speak to the manager who was rude beyond belief and had NO customer service at all never even apologized I spent 50 dollars for absolutely nothing DO NOT EAT there the owner really needs to see what there staff is doing they are no positive reviews about customer service for this place I’m not mad

Seems very similar to Moe’s but a little more «Mexican.» The food definitely has more traditional ingredients used in the food and not as «Americanized» as Moe’s. The food was fairly good, the chicken tacos I had were not bad but a tiny bit on the expensive side. I got take out but there is plenty of seating at this location and a tv in the back dining area. Located in a shopping center that can get crowded during the day but is pretty cleared out later in the day. I might be back in the future.

I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a better rating. I stopped in for the first time after work yesterday and ordered the Burrito Gamba. The staff was friendly, the place is spacious and clean and most importantly, my burrito was AMAZING. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Found a piece of a plastic wrapper in my taco. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they laughed and said «Sorry.»
You would seriously be better off at Taco Bell.

I loved the food when I went here, however, the service was not very good. There is no attention and you have to pretty much fight just to let the people know your order is ready. I had ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, which I will admit was very good, but I wish the attention was better. Getting take-​out I feel is the better option then eating inside the place I think.

Best taco spot in the area. Fish tacos are very good. Been here a lot and the food is consistent. The service is ok but food is definitely worth it.

Love, Love, Love!!! The people are great and the food is outstanding!!! This place is at the top of my list. They have this burrito that is so big and tasty called the «Burrito Mucho», you can share it with someone or have half of it for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day whatever works.

Eat here at your own risk. Terrible customer service from kids that just don’t care. My enchilada burrito was smothered in at least 1 lb of cheese and grease. Stale chips, fake guac, old/​reheated meats. They didn’t even tell us that they had a salsa bar that was not visible to us when we walked in so we were left eating dry stale chips. Also, super over priced. Bottom line: if you like bad customer service, old greasy food that will surely get you sick the next day… eat here.

I don’t know why the average review for this place is so low, it does not accurately represent the place at all. While they do have plenty of seating, this is more the kind of place you go to pick up your take-​out order. It’s not fine dining.
That being said, the food is really excellent. You have to try the fish tacos. Even people that don’t normally like fish tacos love the ones from Burrito Loco (my wife & mother would be included in that group). The empanadas are also excellent. By now, I’m sure I’ve tried every item on the menu, and it’s all very good, but the tamales are only just OK.
I’ve read a couple reviewers state that the salsas are bland… what?! They have 5 different kinds, they all taste different, and range from kid-​friendly mild to quite spicy. They also have Cholula sauce for you, which is hands-​down one of the best sauces out there!

This was a weird one where the food was good but the service was eh and the employee’s looked miserable. Located in the Meat Farm’s shopping center, this place looks barely renovated. Seating is in the back with old tables and chairs, I got a deep cut when holding onto my chair when getting up. They also had no a/​c on, it was about 95 degrees outside.
The tacos are made fresh, the chips are hot, the salsa was eh, and the employees looked depressed.
