Sooooooo I really hate to write bad reviews but here we go. Nice, short and simple. I came in around 7 pm and wanted to see when my upgrade eligibility was coming because I know it’s soon. So I walked in and there wasn’t a real crowd. Not enough people for reps to be available to talk to me when I walked in and they noticed me walk in. No hello or how may we assist you. Why may you ask? Because the majority of the reps there were ok their own phones and you busy enough to pay attention to someone who needed some help. Now there were two reps that were helping other customers and that’s fine but what about the reps that were finished with a customer and available to answer questions that I may have about a product that I’m interested in. So fifteen minutes went by and after trying to get the attention of a free sales rep, to no avail, mission not accomplished at all. I hate when people make eye contact and don’t say anything even though I was clearly waiting and even said I had s question about an iPhone. They didn’t say I’ll be right with you or nothing. So with that said, this location missed a sale today. Work on your customer service guys. I’ll continue to patronize my Powell, OH store but since I was leaving a restaurant in the Polaris area and that store was near, I thought I would get some service. No Bueno

Came in with some phone issues, and left happy. I’ve been a Verizon customer for years, and am generally happy with the reception, and service. Prices are a little high, but competitive for the quality. We came to this location since we were nearby and it was a weekday. I try to avoid Verizon on weekends– just too busy. This time, late Friday afternoon, we had to wait ten minutes or so. The experience could be more efficient, but we spent the time looking at possible new phones. Two techs helped us, and ended up replacing the SIM cards on our phones. Hopefully that fixes the issue. Both were friendly and knowledgeable, and once things got going we were very happy with the experience. I’d come back to this location– on a weekday.

I went on a week day after they opened. A lot of employees to help me. I know verizon stores can be very busy at times but I received the best customer service I have ever gotten since being with Verizon.(10 years) Except one lady I spoke on the phone last year was excellent. All I needed was to suspend a phone and get a phone cover. Wonderful help! Though, not being busy probably helped in my favor.

We knew exactly what we wanted to get, but as always they try to convince you that you need something more expensive. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to work with us. He kept trying to sell us accessories and warranties/insurance for the phone. I know I can get these things(including insurance) cheaper online. After he figured out that we just wanted the phone he became very short with us, despite not being pleasant to begin with. He also asked me why I took time to read the contract. If I want to read a legal document before I sign don’t hassle me about it. We walked out with what we wanted, but it wasn’t a fun time. It’s not as bad as an authorised reseller, but if you can just do what you need to on Verizon’s site.
