Very bad customer service. One young lady was talking about customer saying how she can slap someone because she was having a bad day. Then the other girl said she felt that way on Saturday. I think if you have something to say about a customer you should not talk about anyone while other customers are in. The store.

Don’t get me wrong the people here are damn near saints but the problem is there are just too few of them! They try to run the place on what seems to be a skeleton crew at all times and that makes everything a disaster! Wake up, stimulate the economy and HIRE MORE PEOPLE! there’s no way to expect a handful of staff to run that place. Why have 4 service counters when your lucky if there are two reps working the counter? Not to mention the poor guys in the lot literally sweating out in the freezing cold trying to run to get everything done! Of the many problems I and others have had here 98% of them could have been avoided simply with more bodies there working…

Looked at the reviews but ended up here anyway, because it was handy and they had what I needed, and it was a pretty good experience.
I had to rent a car trailer for my second car (instead of being my spare, it will mainly now be a source of spares…) The price was a bit high, but cheaper than having AAA tow it as far as I needed it moved. Service was very good, and they have plenty of vehicles and trailers for rent. Plus, they had the adapter we needed for my friends trailer light socket (and said they usually have some to loan out, but not that day so we had to buy one.)
Pickup and dropoff were very easy. The place is easy to get in and out of. If I ever have to rent a truck or trailer again, I will probably come back here.

Go anywhere else. Rent from anyone else. This place has the worse service I have ever received — of any kind — ever. After taking time off from work to get a hitch put on my car, I had to re-​schedule because they overbooked themselves. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I had to stand in line for 50 minutes. It took 2 hours longer than I was told to install the hitch, and when it was done, the back door to my car no longer works. The 20% off they offered me does not financially cover my wasted time or gas spent on what will be at least 3 trips to them, nor does it cover the appointment that I missed while I stood in line Saturday. It certainly does not cover the aggravation of dealing with these incompetent people. I will never go to u-​haul for anything again.

I’d give them 0.5 stars if I could. Do not use them. Scheduled an appt to get a hitch installed on my minivan. 2 hours after I scheduled, they called to say I needed to re-​schedule or drop my car off for the entire day — they only had 1 person who could install that day. I rearranged my day and dropped it off the night before. Got a call in the morning saying my key didn’t work. ??? Gee 2 hours later they tried it again and — wait for it… It really did work. Waited for a call to say it was done. Never got one so I called at the end of the day. Well it was done. So I was going to pay with a credit card over the phone. Guess what? They didn’t finish the job. I wanted the wiring installed and they wrote down to just install the hitch. Too late to finish the job tonight because they never called after it was done and I waited too long to take the initiative and call. Talked to the manager. He just kept saying they did the work that was written down. When I pointed out that I had a quote for the entire job, he said he didn’t even know if the quote was right. Nice job arguing with the customer dude. Way to go with outstanding customer service. So bottom line is they are going to install it tomorrow morning. Too late for my trip tomorrow. Ruined plans for the weekend. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
