Like all the Goodwill stores I’ve been to, this store is very open, clean, and well organized. However, I just never seem to find anything I’m looking for. I actually don’t recall ever purchasing anything here. There just doesn’t seem to be the variety that I’ve found at other thrift stores, even at other Goodwill stores.

Nice deals to be had, found a legit coach purse for $ 20 and a bunch of other goodies. Check out the weekly auction items, its kind of neat and might yield you a fantastic deal on some of the better items that come in on donations. I love supporting this group, the money goes to do great things for those truly in need. Park around back, parking up front is somewhat limited, and I encountered a very hostile local that thought it was no big deal to park me in. Glad I was leaving and able to remedy the situation before I had to get it towed… Show some love and respect and all will be good in the world. They’re directly across from Dennis Hyundai on Morse. The store could be a bit cleaner, specifically the changing areas which hadn’t been touched in quite a while… but for the price, I can’t complain too much.

This Goodwill always seems to be the busiest. The organization is decent, but the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. Maybe it’s just me. This past Halloween, they had a very impressive selection of costume ideas. Also, they tend to have a decent selection of furniture type things, but like most Goodwills, it seems to be way overpriced. You can do much better on Craigslist.

This store is similar to the other Goodwills in the area meaning they sell Target discounts, usually at cheaper prices. However, those prices, although cheap, aren’t uniform at all the stores. So, for example, a Target sun shade at the Gahanna store could be 99 cents, while one at Morse Rd. could be $ 2.99 or vice versa. Just something I notice from time to time. Every so often they’ll have large boxes full of overstock/discounted items such as couch covers for $ 9.99, lots of books, or just various odds and ends. So, you just have to dig in and search through the boxes. They also have a lot of dvd’s including box sets behind the counter. They have so many, that you can’t even see all the titles. If you go on a Sunday or Monday and the movie has the right color tab, you get it for half off. The one thing I miss about the old location is the parking lot. Also, the entrance from Morse Rd could be wider, as cars entering and leaving get uncomfortably close.

This place is a secret shopping paradise. They actually have a lot of high quality products. I found a 600 dollar ipod speaker that I got that auction for 30 dollars.

I was in the area to make a trip to Trader Joe’s at Easton, and decided to check out this Goodwill since I hadn’t been in a few years. It can be easy to miss the parking lot as you drive up Morse Road with the quickly moving traffic. There is additional parking in the back of the building if the front is full. It is a decent sized store, with the usual hit or miss clothing selection. Clothes are sorted by color and type only, not by size. You do have to ask an attendant to unlock the dressing rooms for you. Favourite find so far: — New in plastic catalog of Mark Bradford’s gallery at the Wex, $ 2 — Hardcover complete works of William Shakespeare, $ 2 — Marks & Spencer sweater vest, $ 4 — Autographed copy of «Toothpaste for Dinner,» 75c — Spring blossom vintage Pyrex with covers, $ 3.99 — Really soft Banana Republic wool sweater that I promptly ruined by putting it in the dryer by accident, $ 3.99

This is actually not a bad Goodwill. My girlfriend and I actually found a few things here since they moved into this building from their old location. The isles are a little too crowded, but it’s not horrendous. We dropped off several bags of old clothing before we moved out of our apartment. I’m not a fan of the other customers that come in, but that area’s pretty trashy anyway so you just have to live with it. I love the staff, though. They’re very helpful and if they can’t help you right away, they’ll get to you as soon as they can.
