It use to be good about a year ago. Everything was always delicious, service was fast and the staff was always friendly. Now everything is ok, the prices have gone up, the service is slow & the staff acts like you’re bothering them with your business. I guess they’d rather sit around and chat instead of bring in money to keep their establishment in place. One of the managers always has a miserable look on her face and acts like she hates her job. I’m sorry, but don’t put your bad energy on paying customers who keep a steady paycheck in your pocket! I use to love it here but not anymore.

Awful. Soggy.
I came in for lunch. Decided to try the Feta Chicken wrap… and what I got was a (expletive) soggy flat bread filled with liquid oozing chicken.
Honestly, could have been prevented if the staff would think (expletive) through. Unfortunately, poorly executed creation of a possibly sound concept.
Not my first time having a bad experience here, but it will definitely be my last.
RIP Tropical Smoothie Café.

funny names, great flavors!
Loved the smoothies here, but the buffalo chicken wrap was by far the best wrap I’ve ever had!
