GO ELSEWHERE… we called and booked a couples’ massage, what the website has listed as $ 150. When we came out, we were charged $ 190. I went home, double checked the website and called back-​because we had wanted deep tissue we were charged $ 40 more — when I booked, the person made NO MENTION OF THIS WHATSOEVER. When I called back, they refused to refund me the money even after I spoke to the person who booked it and confirmed that she HAD NOT TOLD ME that I would be charged more. This was a total bait-​and-​switch scam.
Not to mention that when I let them know I am military, they didn’t even give me the 15% discount — the massage should’ve come out to $ 161.5, but I was instead billed $ 175. This is some of the worst customer service and business practices I ever seen. The person who owns this business should be ashamed that her employees treat their customers like this.

I am new in the area and was looking for a great place to get pampered, I am so glad I went to this Spa. Leona was very professional and extremely neat. I highly recommend her and this great place for awesome manicure and pedicure.
