I’m not a Sprint customer, but after seeing the service that the people I was with at this facility received, I wouldn’t have any objections to being one. We worked with Heather over a two day period. One of the person that we were in the Columbus area with wanted to purchase an I-phone 5, but was balking at spending almost $ 400 on a phone, so Heather, a lady, I have to assume does not work on commission agreed it was a lofty purchase, and suggested that he take some time to think about it. He did, and we returned the next day. I personally was glad that Heather was still there, her actions the day before, proved to me that she was more interested in customer satisfaction than making $ 400 on the sale of a phone. She went over the features of the phone again the second day, she was patient and even went so far as to help another person in our group that already owns an I-phone how to update to the 4g or whatever it is called. While we were in the store, other customers came and went, and the other agents that were working, were quick to assist, and most people came and went with a smile. Signing up Sprint service is the worst mistake I have made in a while. With that said, the customer service is the best. They are so friendly and in tune with your needs. They make you hate to complain. They have award winning customer service! I love them.
