While visiting my son in the Columbus area, the daughter and I discovered that three inch heels do not make for a fun-​filled #armystrong day.
You would have thought that we would already know that, but being the fashionable chicks we are, we went with the heels and the promise to ourselves that we would toughen it out.
That lasted about four hours and we went searching for anyplace that would sell us some flats.
This location had American Eagle flip flop sandals for $ 4.
We each bought a pair.
Only saw one clerk, and she did inform us of the Easter sell they were having attempted to up-​sell us into some socks, but all we needed were the flats.
Also a 10% discount for military members were offered decided not to waste Uncle Sam or Payless’s time with the forty cents.
Store was organized and she was very pleasant.
