Bill & Eric Pierson are your prototypical CEO who find it difficult to get out of their office and see what is going on out on the construction site. They back their contractors without even investigating, then accuse the paying customer of deliberately destroying their own personal property, as if there was something to gain by that! They lie about saving the customer money and post it. We have evidence of their shoddy work all over the house as well as files full of their deceitful promises. I guess Bill & Eric are happy as long as their wallet is fat. Little do they know the power of customers done wrong. They will surely respond to this with more false allegations and bully tactics to try and save what ever may be left of their integrity, for their next victim. DO NOT let them finance your loan! It is the key to their scam. PLEASE save yourself a nightmare and SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. You will not save money like they say you will going through them unless you do most of the work yourselves. We had a house built by them and contractors recommended by them who where awful and left the job before it was finished because they wanted more money than what was in original agreement. Pierson Gibbs did the same thing. IF YOU DO GO WITH THEM, I highly recommend not getting your loan through them… this is where they scam you because they will not release the loan to a regular lender unless you pay all the additional costs that they say you owe!!! For us well over $ 15,000. These guys are professional scam artists. Doug Wickens who is from Holland, MI and worked for them at the time talked us into going with them. Seems super nice when you meet him but once he gets his paycheck you will not hear from him again. This is the guy that is suppose to oversee the building while PG hires less than desired builders to build your house. Highly encourage you to stay away from this company. You will not save the money they say you will. We had picture proof and everything but were told going to court with them would be so long and drawn out that we would never recoup the money or want they stress that went along with it. So sad that companies are in operation like this.
