Stopped in for lunch while out on the motorcycle and ordered up some cheesesteaks with onions for the wife and I along with raspberry ice tea drinks. Service was quick and friendly. Food was tasty and portion size was enough for our liking. Certainly will be worthy of another visit to try one of their pizza’s as they had many varieties available and on display.

This is the most authentic Italian food I’ve had in years. The pizza is outstanding, my husband had the veal monte bello and what can I say other than this dish was just as amazing. Don’t leave without trying their homemade gelato!!! I’m originally from Europe and was very pleased with the food, the ingredients are on point, you get what you pay for!

Went for dinner, service was horrible had to ask for menu no check back after food delivered and sandwich was so dry it would choke you. Had to flag down server and ask for oil and vinegar to try to give it little moisture to make it so I could eat it. Will never return and said as my mom lives right in Homestead.

Just moved into Homestead and thought we would try the local restaurants. We are unlikely to return. Husband had come here previously for a hamburger. He had a takeout hamburger platter and 1 cola which came to nearly $ 20! He added one item to the hamburger and was charged thru the roof. We tried a sit down dinner not wanting to give up on the place. We both had Italian dishes. I changed the sauce on the gnocchi and was charged a much higher price($ 6) on the bill for the change since what I wanted apparently has expensive cheese in it. The waiter never mentioned the upcharge. I’ve ordered this dish at dozens of places and never had them change the price, especially without mentioning it ahead of time. The waiter seemed uninterested when we questioned the bill. The meal came out very slow and the place wasn’t busy.

Was lost in the area and found this Place thru Unilocal.Food was pretty good nice portions. Had shrimp scampi. Prices very reasonable. Will come back whenever we’re stopping at the Columbus farmers market.

Good pie. As a guy from Ohio it is always nice to get a good new york pizza. They didn’t disappoint! Great crust, sauce could use more umph but cheese and toppings were just right.

Tried the pizza for lunch yesterday. It was ok and the variety of slices was great. Service was virtually nonexistant in the pizza area but really didn’t need it. If only that one server would learn to cease the endless talking and use his«inside voice». I could hear him running his mouth all the way in the back men’s room.

I love love live their pizza! It’s truly tasting! The marinara is tasty and perfect for the pizza. The crust perfect. I wish they would have this place closer to me I live in Edgewater Park off 130. Yes I drive there for pizza! Unfortunately, my area doesn’t have a decent Italian restaurant to eat. Btw if you like eggplant. I also love the way they make it. I always request extra marinara cause I like it saucy.

Not the best food I’ve ever eaten, but it was excellent quality for the money it cost. The service was excellent! I would definitely recommend to a friend

Now I’ve only had their pizza, but I’m really not fond of it. Firstly because it has an odd, overly tart sauce, and secondly because their pies cost 15 bucks. These are not 15 dollar quality pizzas, sorry. It’s edible, decent pizza, but nothing you’d crave and just not worth it.

If you’re considering Piccolissimo’s, you’re craving Italian without the extra drive; and depending on what you order, you’ve probably made a decent decision. Piccolissimo’s is located within the shopping plaza, just to the right of a cupcakery and ice cream shop. You’ll be welcomed by friendly staff and many open seats. Neither times we’ve been has there been more than two other parties, tops. The staff is nice and will quickly take your order. You’ll also be provided complimentary wine(no complaints) and bread(awesome!). The main course entrees leave much to be desired. The Spaghetti with Meatballs was very disappointing. For $ 10, you get a much lower quality meal than you could have prepared frozen at your house. The pasta sauce taste bland and straight out of a can, and the meatballs tasted far from homemade. Overall, this reminded me of a dinning facility spaghetti and meatballs. If you’re absolutely craving it, it’ll do the trick, but if you think you’re going to be getting the best. thing. ever. I’d continue with something else on the menu. BUT, I cannot tell you how much I’ve always enjoyed their Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. That guy was the TOPS. Wonderful flavor, perfect temperature, and the perfect marriage of meat and bread. Not too hot, but does have some good kick to accommodate those who welcome the heat, and those who only temporarily enjoy it. We finished our meal with a cannoli. Not nearly as good as connolis not but 5 miles away, but again, if you’re dinning after 6pm and want anything other than ice cream as a dessert(the cupcakery closes at 6pm nearby), I wouldn’t pass it up. Overall, Piccolissimo’s is a cheaper and closer alternative for Italian cravings. However, you do get what you pay for.

I don’t live in town but I’m down here quite often because I have family in the area. I’ve been having the sicilian pie from Piccolissimos for years now and it’s seriously the best sicilian I’ve ever had. The crust is out of this world and the pizza is just great. I haven’t tried anything else so I can’t really comment on that but the sicilian pie is awesome deff give it a try.

I love their pizza! The sauce is on the sweeter side which I enjoy. It’s best fresh out of the oven when the cheese is melty and the crust is nice and crisp. I also recommend their chicken soup.

Tonight was the third time. First time great.(may). Second time just ok(June) When we got the check none of the prices matched the menu. Tonight I figured we would give it a go. I ordered two dishes that I had the first time and was so disappointed. I asked the waitress(different waitress’s every time you go) if there was a new chef and she said yes. I could definitely tell. No consistency. Dont think we will be going back

Tiramasu is the best I’ve had. Stef and I split a dish and still had food leftover. We went in and were the only people there — service was a bit slow which is inexcusable. That was the only thing I didn’t like. The music was good, not listening to Lady Gaga but Caruso which is how an Italian place should be. The food was much better than other places in NJ. I’ll go back.

Lived in Columbus for 10+ years now. I visited this place when it was in its old location and it was just ehhh so we rarely went there. When they moved(nearby) to a new strip mall(thats very nice by the way), my in-laws had went and said it was great. So, we figured we would go for dinner one day and give it a shot. The food was just ok. Portion sizes for their Chicken Parm was very disappointing. Kids menu(or lack thereof) was rough as their chicken fingers werent so hot. Garlic bread was just blah. The only thing anyone seemed to really enjoy was the stuffed shells, and that was my father-in-law talking. Considering he likes some off-the-wall places that may explain it. Was also upset that they didnt really have any big tables for parties of 7+ when we sat down. They started pulling things together and clearly the kids werent sure«how to do it». Anyway, we also heard from some friends that their pizza was very good. So, we figured we would go back one day to «try the pizza». We walked in, asked the young girl at the counter for a large pie, and her response was you have to sit down at a table to get a waitress to wait on you. I cant stand that. All I want is a pizza and some water. I’ll gladly leave«tip» in the little jar for the folks at the counter if they want, but I dont want to have to sit down with 2 young children, wait for a waitress, etc. to just order a pizza. This seems to be a recurring theme at some places nearby us(Mangia and this other place in bordentown city that i forget the name of right now). Anyway, we walked out never to return. Their pizza on the counter didn’t even look that good so i don’t think I was missing much. They’ll stay in business(been there a long time already) and will continue to do well, but I refuse to give them a $ of my money for just not knowing how to run a good business. When I was there 8 years ago they gave me a pizza no problem. Not sure why they think they are now«upscale» and cant just serve you. Best place around continues to be Mannino’s on 130 — they got it right — counter service and takeout, restaurant, banquet area. Folks should model themselves after them.

The address is a little off. THe restaurant has moved from it’s old(I think rather small town dingy/charming) to a new location in the mall area near coutnry walk. THe subs are great! The pizza is crispy and delicious. GO! The don’t deliver currently but the pizza is so freaking fabulous!
