Terrible service. Waited 10 mins for water in a not so busy restaurant. Food took a while and one of the dishes was super salty. Management absolutely did nothing when I complained. Again, this used to be a better chain, but under current management they are a bad choice for a meal.

Went to Easton on Saturday with family to try Northstar for lunch… but the line was 50 deep outside the building, so we decided to go here. Been here a number of times… not sure why I hadnt wrote a review previously, but here we go… Place is clean and modern, however, we were seated right next to the restrooms, and had a lot of traffic through the meal. It is also rather dark… I would have preferred better lighting. It was also rather chilly. Both me and my daughter felt how cold it was. There were also a lot of kids running around, specifically, a group of 10 year girls who thought the restroom was their hangout. Not the stores fault at all, but it was a little distracting. Food was good. For the ap, we got the chicken lettuce wraps with the tangy soy based sauce… best part of the meal. I got the Mongolian chicken, which was good, but not stellar. She got the chicken kabobs w/peanut sauce which she said was just«okay». Grandson had picks and pieces from all 3 dishes. Service was absolutely stellar. Our server, Dan, did an outstanding job. He was quick to our needs, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and even funny. My daughter said at another visit she had some sort of banana desert that was killer good, and Dan said that was the banana spring rolls, which are cinnamon seasoned bananas, wrapped in dough, deep fried, and served with fresh fruit and ice cream. He asked if we were interested, and we wavered, and decided we try it next time, as we were pretty full. To our surprise, Dan brought out a sample portion for each of us at no charge. It was indeed decedent! Absolutely outstanding! Dan got himself a $ 20 tip, and I mentioned to the manager what an outstanding job he did. Because of the ambiance, and the entrees, I would have given 3 stars, but because of Dan, Im adding a star.

Ordered a takeout, didn’t give me any utensils. Am I suppose to explicitly ask for utensils? Otherwise ur assuming I’m eating with my hands? Singapore street noodles was mushy with no flavor. Doesn’t seem stir fried, more like steamed. Not good Hot and sour soup is garbage. Way too sour with stiff strips of pork inside I usually wouldn’t review a chain, but y can’t u just be average?

I was looking forward to PF Changs. Had not been there in awhile and always enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The food this evening was not good at all. The Mongolian Beef is one of the featured items, but the beef was like eating shoe leather– extremely tough. My wife tried a little and left most of it on her plate– — I needed a serious flossing after that. One of the other guests had the completely wrong dish served to her — she had ordered a chicken dish and got a shrimp meal instead. The waitress returned it. Generally a bad experience. Don’t plan to go back.

I was looking forward to coming back here, but was disappointed. It just wasn’t as good as my two prior visits. I ordered sesame chicken with brown rice. It just wasn’t any good. Breading was kind of soggy. Oh well, I guess bad meals happen from time to time. But the server was great and the manager was great too. I’ll still come back. They’re nice folks.

Some of my friends really love this place. They’ve told me before that it’s «the best Chinese food in Columbus». Our taste buds disagree. The food wasn’t really bad, but it was boring and bland. I felt like the atmosphere was making up for the food, in a way. Service was fine, but there were only like two other people in the restaurant, so that’s hardly saying anything. The portions seemed way too small, even for my wife who has taken away food almost everywhere we’ve ever eaten. I guess I can see the appeal of the ultra Americanized food and the classy dinner/business lunch atmosphere inside, for some people. Personally, I’d just recommend most people to their sister restaurant, Pei Wei for the same kind of food and a better deal.

Boo! Great food(usually) poor service! Love PF Chang’s when traveling this was not a good experience, food came out cold and soggy, forgot my appetizer all together and missed the drink… prices were not«happy hour prices» Not a happy camper!

What happened to PF Changs? I hadn’t eaten there in a while and when I did, I couldn’t believe how awful the food was. Their recipes had clearly changed. I ordered a chicken/broccoli dish that I’ve eaten many times in the past. A favorite. But what I was served was a chicken broccoli dish swimming in this brown gravy goop. It was a bit disgusting, I could barely eat it, and was given a small scoop of rice. No longer asked whether I wanted white or brown rice, served in a nice bowl. The crunchy green bean appetizer was the same and delicious. But that was all. I’ve heard they were purchased by a holding company who clearly has cut operating costs to the detriment of their formally decent Asian chain food restaurant.

This place was awesome!!! Not only was the food delicious but the service was wonderful, never had to ask for a refill, napkins, or anything. We had a very attentive server that was extremely polite. This was my first time here and I ordered the chicken tacos with jicama which were so good my husband stole one. Would definitely recommend this place, since the service was excellent on such a busy day as Saturday and the food was really good.

I enjoyed my sushi so much last week, that despite the extremely poor experience I received on my last visit, I would give the take out a chance. I couldn’t believe that when I went to eat the sushi I had been craving all week, there was next to no tuna, only a lot of onion and avocado. That’s truly the last straw, and I will not be back!

I sat at the bar and enjoyed a Sam summer while my take out was made. They were super quick with food prep. The bartender and take out sales eloped me pick my food. They didn’t steer me wrong. I had the classic chicken wraps — nice not to oily and the new Kung chicken street tacos. Good and the jicama was really nice touch. I would order again and I would recommend if u ware in the mood to stop by. New menu had some great items on it. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price is a little high for what u get. Perhaps if I wasn’t getting takeout it would have been a better portion.

Under normal circumstances I would give a 3 star rating. I eat at PF Chang’s every so often and the food quality here is consistent. Last week two business associates and I had dinner at this location. So why the 1 star? Simple! food was 3 stars and service was MINUS5. Right from the moment we entered it was downhill. Dozens of tables were open but we were asked to sit at one that had a ton of food on the floor. It had not been cleaned. The diners sitting adjacent to us even gave us a heads up to look out for the mess under our feet. I asked the hostess to seat us elsewhere. Her response: I am going to clean up(while u wait table side). REALLY! She reluctantly seated us at another table while letting me know that I was making a big deal out of it. She was not pleasant and went back to the original table and made some snide comments about us to the people who had earlier told us to look out for the smörgåsbord under the table. The table service from the server was erratic and slow and stand-offish! What is wrong with the management of this location? Not coming back and will advise friends and family to do the same. Not the only game for expensive Americanized Chinese in town! BTW it was 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and it was pretty lean in terms of number of customers. So NOEXCUSE just bad attitude. Would love to get a response.

I understand that they were busy this Friday night with their second dinner wave… The waitress was awful. Very abrasive, rude and inattentive. Food timing was terrible. Had to remind the waitress to bring out our appetizers, which were about to be lapped by the main course. Manager was no where to be seen and, needlessly to say, never walked through the restaurant.

Good service, food was high quality, and cooked well. But here’s the thing, the flavor just wasn’t that great. It was cooked well, but I just didn’t wow me. I would have rather had Pei Wei. Dessert was decent, by the chocolate cake could have been more moist.

We chose PF Chang’s on a whim one evening and decided to wait the quoted 30min. Having grown accustomed to seeing a line of people waiting for tables, I had some reasonably high expectations. After waiting around 50min we were seated in the open concept dinning room with candles and dark wood creating a warmer atmosphere I’d call perfect for date night. However, I did find the long, shared booth a little awkward as you can not help but overhear neighboring conversations. Our server was personable and clearly knew and enjoyed the menu. When we mentioned it was our first visit, he even ordered us a complimentary appetizer – Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps. While the presentation leaves a little to desire, it was delicious. Our entrées, Mongolian Beef and Moo Goo Gai Pan, arrived as the larger, shareable portions they advertise. The beef was mouthwateringly good as were the prawnsn, but their drown rice was tasteless and not something I’d order again. Overall good food, but the hype and price left me wanting.

This was my first time eating at this chain. First off the hostess was attentive and came running over with a smile as soon as we walked in. The restaurant itself was clean and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s fancy yet casual if that makes any sense. The waiter was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. I ordered the Kung Pao scallops. I’m very familiar with Kung Pao food but I’ve never had the scallop variation. It was phenomenal! Kudos to the chef, and kudos to the bartender for the pear mojito which was expertly crafted. The mint was strong yet not over powering. I’ll definitely be returning to experience more of the menu!

This is hands down one of my favorite Asian restaurants. I love the custom sauces and am never disappointed with the food. Chang’s Spicy Chicken is my favorite dish, because I like a light spicy dish. The saki is delivered at the perfect temperature and tea is phenomenal. I can’t express how delicious this place is.

I really like this place for various reasons. I love that it’s open late… and it still is really good food. I really like the mongolian beef, and the honey shrimp. And the fried rice is really good. especially if you add crab. The fortune cookies are often stale :-( I recommend!
