The food is hit or miss. The drinks are pretty good and the service is great. Fun atmosphere and great location. Go for the fish tacos, enchiladas, and the churros.

Cute place but the service was so slow. I mean 20+ minutes in between stops from a server or food runner. We were there for 1 hour and had 1 drink and an appetizer. We went for dinner and drinks but when no one is around to wait on you that is kind of tough. Food was too salty and not that great. In the truest sense of this restaurants name — other than the atmosphere, ya’ll ain’t getting Nada.

Nada has an amazing ambience! The patio has a very«home-like» feel that makes you want to stay forever. Most importantly, the food and drinks are great. They do a wonderful job with presentation.

The food was fantastic. Drink were good. Service was pathetic. Waiter seemed perplexed that we wanted to order food and beverages. Had to beg to get water refilled. If they can fix the service issues, it will be a great spot for dinner /drinks.

I really really like this place. We’ve been for brunch and dinner, and the house-made chips and guac trio are SO addictive — I particularly like the guacamole studded with tender ahi poke. I also really like the chicken enchiladas and the pot roast and mu shu tacos. We did try the Mex’orean fried chicken, but I thought the breading was too flaky yet dense? But the cocktails are delicious! Everything is super fresh, the service is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is fun, trendy, and colorful. I bet this would be a great place for large celebration event.

I was visiting some very dear friends in Columbus and we wanted to do a cute little dinner to catch up on adulting. Lol. We all have an affinity for Latin cuisine so they chose to bring me here and I trusted that it would be good, but I was blown away because it was all delicious! They drinks were made very well! Definitely not watered down and surprisingly strong from a commercial restaurant which is A+ in my book. My tacos were a major hit! And I also tasted the plates of my friends which were yummy as well. You better get the chips and salsa because, you just have to! I actually enjoyed the ambience in the place. The décor, the colors were exciting but not a headache and their background music wasn’t too loud and had me doing a little dance in my seat after my first drink. If you’re in town this is definitely a place to try if you are having a hard time deciding!

Beginning service was slow. No one else here. Took 10 minutes to get seated. Ordered trio guac app and it was ok. Found hair in main dish. They were kind enough to remove that from the bill Hair in my food killed my appetite for the rest of my day.

Not sure what all the rave is about, this place isn’t even subpar. My boyfriend and I were excited to try nada after hearing my friends liked it. I’m not even sure what type of food nada is, but Mexican doesn’t come close. The Mexican chicken he got was average fried chicken seasoned in strictly salt. Nothing special there. I don’t even remember my tacos they were so uneventful. Lastly, The chips and queso were just awful, the queso was so overpowered by the taste of meat you forget that you’re eating queso. Horrible attempt at Mexican food, decent attempt at a random restaurant with a nice atmosphere and friendly employees.

Excellent premium margarita, although $ 14 is steep. The shrimp tamal was very good. Appetizer portions are small. Atmosphere and service are both spot on. Why can’t trendy Mexican restaurants have a classic«Mexican» atmosphere anymore?

Came with my husband and a friend for a late lunch after my husband had a good first visit and after reading all the positive reviews. We were not disappointed and this may soon become one of my favorite restaurants. The place wasn’t busy for lunch on a Saturday when OSU football was away and the Jackets didn’t play until later so we were immediately seated. The hostess was more than willing to accommodate my request for a booth to place my daughter’s car seat, and offered a sling but I declined. Service was quick and attentive, taking time to describe the ingredients and offerings. Each of us ordered 2 tacos and loved all the flavors. I had the pastor(perfectly spiced and delicious) and arrachara(my favorite; sirloin cooked perfectly with fresh avocado and spicy salsa), husband and friend had the barbacoa. We split the 3-salsa sampler and had to get another basket of chips, they’re so good! I also had the tequila mule which was excellent. Had to wait a little longer than normal(for it being completely dead) to get our bill but we will definitely be back! Updated 5÷8÷16: We visited again today for lunch on Mother’s Day. We have come many times to this location since our first visit last summer and are never disappointed. Our service was fantastic, food was excellent and as always, the staff have been very welcoming and friendly to us, even with having a small child in tow. This continues to be one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus.

I’ve been wanting to go Nada since they opened but it never quite worked out until last night. We had a group of six people and they have a lot of big tables perfect for a group of that size. The service was quick and decent. I would call the food«Mexican fusion». Some people at our table ordered«mex-orean» fried chicken and it was a little funky but interesting to try. I don’t think they would order it again. I got chicken tacos and they were just okay. The chicken was nice thick slices but dry and bland. Some others got pork belly tacos which we had last year at zoofari and unfortunately we thought they were better at the zoo. Considering the restaurant was not busy we were disappointed that the pork belly was overcooked. The highlights for me, aside from a vibrant and fun atmosphere, were the large and interesting drink menu and the chips and salsa trio. They were fluffy, crispy and salty and constantly replenished without us asking. The salsas were all fresh and delicious as well! Overall it was worth a visit but maybe is best for just drinks and apps. I will probably go back to give it another try but I’m not in a hurry.

Recently a friend and I were looking for a spot to have a dinner on a Friday night around 9p. Initially we drove to short north, after we decided we needed some Mexican, but the places there were swarmed. We quickly opened Unilocal and looked for top rated Mexican. When we pulled up we were very happy to see it was just crowded enough to know it was well known locally but not so crowded that we couldn’t snag a seat at the bar immediately(there was about a 30 minute wait for a table). The bartenders were awesome– getting beverages immediately and recommending some options we might like. Since my friend wasn’t interested in guacamole, we decided on the salsa sampler. It was awesome– each of the salsas unique and delicious and the chips warm, deep fried and amazing. Even better the staff made sure the chips were never ending. We decided the tacos the people next to us looked amazing and after the mountain of salsa and chips we ate we weren’t that hungry so we decided we wanted tacos but couldn’t decide between all the amazing options. Luckily the lovely bartender suggested her favorites, mushroom tacos, on a corn instead of flour tortilla, which was amazing. I can not wait to have a chance to go back here and try more of the menu.

Nada was good. It is heavily Americanized Mexican food in a beautiful space with a beautiful patio. Wait staff was on it. Food was good, though portions are somewhat small. The only thing to really complain about was the price with was high. With all of the hype, I think I was expecting more.

I love Nada. I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. The restaurant itself is well designed and beautiful decorated and spotlessly clean. Nada also happens to have my favorite public restroom in all of Columbus. It’s extremely clean, well designed, and well decorated. Now, let’s talk about the food… Everything we ordered was excellent. We started our meal with the trio of salsas, guacamole, and queso. The chips were extremely fresh as were the guac and salsas. I absolutely loved the kreeper salsa and the queso! The beet and empanada was excellent. The greens were crisp and cold and the empanada was fresh and warm. For our main course, we had shrimp and chicken tacos and a side of chili glazed fries. Again, the greens were crisp and cool and the proteins and potatoes were warm. For drinks, I had the pink grapefruit and the Suprema margaritas. Both were excellent and served in a timely manner. Our server, Tristan, was beyond helpful and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. He was able to help my husband select his beer, made a great margarita recommendation for me, and was able to advise me on any menu items that would not be suitable for my pescetarian diet. He checked in on us frequently, but not too often as to be overbearing or annoying. He timed the meal service perfectly so that we had enough time for each course without ever feeling rushed or that we were waiting too long for the next item to arrive. Yes, Nada is pricier than some of the other Mexican restaurants in town(e.g., El Vaquero), but you get what you pay for. The food at Nada is much fresher and 100x better than the competition. IMO, dining at Nada and a good value for the price and worth every penny.

I will go ahead and list off all the positives first… The place sure is classy. They are quite the new hip Mexican restaurant around town. You will know what I mean when you walk in. The entrance has a bar surrounded by shelves of top shelf liquor encased in glass on display. Not to mention, there is a secret door that opens to a private room on the left! Check it out!!! They have cool chairs, lights, utensils, and bathrooms. The place is just flat out cool, plus, the food tastes very fresh. There are some problems, however. You do not get much bang for your buck. The portion sizes are SMALL for what you pay… And I even ordered a «large plate». The BIGGEST problem is the drink prices. A liter of margarita is $ 29! I recommend not ordering alcoholic beverages, your receipt will quickly reach triple digits before you know it, especially with a date! If you are planning on heading out after Nada for a night on the town to slam adult beverages, I would wait until you get out of here. The good news is that you will not be too full after eating here, so you can pound drinks after. This place is worth checking out. Oh yeah, the green salsa is great by the way! P. S. A 20% gratuity is included!!! WATCHOUT!

Came here with the bf during restaurant week. We got the Guac and chips and sweet potato for our apps. Fish and chicken tacos entrée and the Banana foster Gelato and Churros for dessert. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful and prompt. The tacos, chips and guac and dessert were delicious. The chips were very crunchy, and made fresh. Really great chips! The Mexican Mac and Cheese was also awesome. The Sweet potato appetizer was OK. The banana foster gelato had an extra kick to it and the churros were basically delicious. I don’t know about the authenticity of this restaurant but it was a great meal and we were 100% full after our meal.

Sorry, Bakersfield, El Camino and Local Cantino… I think you’ve been one-upped! I dined at Nada for Restaurant Week last night and I was super impressed! I made a reservation for me and my gang for 7pm at Open Table. We ended up getting there about 30 minutes early and they were able to seat us right away which was great. For the five us, we had a huge table that allowed us to spread out and really enjoy our meal. The atmosphere was warm and possessed the Latin energy that gave the space an authentic feel. The restaurant is very large and has a great patio that I am looking forward to trying out this summer. Now, about the food: since it was restaurant week, I had the chance to try four things. The first thing I tried was the guacamole and it was delicious. I also had the goat cheese and beet salad and it was superb. I loved the complex flavors and anything with goat cheese is a win for me. My main entrée was the chicken taco meal and it was so tasty. Two of my other friends had them as well and we all loved them. The other two members of the group had the fried honey chicken and they couldn’t stop raving about it. Finally, for dessert, I tried the raspberry lemon sherbet and it did not disappoint! Can’t wait to come back again! The location has made this my future events at Nationwide Arena more exciting! I’m already looking forward to stopping in before the next hockey game. Kudos to Nada!

Saturday lunch with my daughter, and all I can say is wow… what a place. This eclectic place with its different seating, floors, art, and décor is very cool. It is very nice and clean. Table top they have their two in-house made hot sauces… one jalapeño, and one habanero, along with sea salt in a salt dish. Nice. The bathroom(at least the mens) look like something Donald Trump would build. Super clean, shiny tile, and an extravagant décor. There is even a T-Rex head, and a 3D display of some sort of human fighting crusade. Really out there, but in a quirky neat sort of way. Chips and salsa are 2 bucks, but be prepared to have the best chips ever, and your choice from 3 different salsas. I prefer hotter salsa, but we got the mild because of my daughter, but it was also outstanding. Food was outstanding. We both got the SIRWINSTON’S POTROASTTACOS which are braised short rib + whipped potatoes + crispy onion + horseradish + mustard seed. You get two, but they are small. Our great server mentioned this, and recommended we might want to supplement, so I got a beef slider, and she added the BRAISEDCHICKENENCHILADAS which is citrus-marinated chicken + sweet corn + black bean + chihuahua cheese + diablo salsa. The tacos are by far the best Ive ever had. The combination was a perfect balance. A veritable parade of flavors in my mouth, with perfect taste and heat. Outstanding. My slider was cooked to a perfect medium, and also tasted great. Daughter said her enchiladas were really great as well. Our server, Anna, did an outstanding job, and she was our designated holiday«pay it forward» recipient. My only observation is, it was a little pricey for lunch… no alcoholic drinks… she had water, I had an ice tea($ 3) and out bill was $ 44, but IMHO well worth it. I will most definitely return.

A nicer take on Mexican fare — Nada fancies it up. Their guacamole is hella good. Seriously, eat it with the jicama. It’s the perfect fresh crunch to go along with the guac. Always order the double($ 12). A margarita is a requirement, I kept my order basic with the a classic ‘rita, salt on the rim. It comes in a high ball glass and one lasted me through dinner. Baja battered fish tacos were my meal of choice. $ 15 gets you 3 hearty tacos with corn tortillas(no sides) but I was full to the max after that meal. Loved that they paired it with some guacamole. I haven’t had that with fish tacos in the past and it’s a good complement to the overall flavor. The décor is all intentional with little surprises tucked inside the seemingly elegant wallpaper and fabrics. It’s like an adult version of the game, «I spy…». Plus, their secret party room is unreal. I’d book that for a birthday party or bachelorette in a heartbeat.

I’m a sucker for good Mexican food… and Nada had me at Hola. I’ve eaten here three times now and each time I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My favorites: — The Salsa Tasting Trio: The chips are light, flakey and unlike any chips I’ve ever had. The salsas = amazing! — The grilled salmon tacos — The carnitas tacos — The pastor tacos — All of their margaritas I’m pretty sure that once I make my way through the rest of the menu, the entire menu will be listed as my favorites. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The service is always great as well! Today, we stopped in for lunch and Griffin was our server. My friend has an allergy to onions & peppers that made it hard for her to order from the menu. Griffin had the chef prepare a special batch of guacamole for us that had no onions or peppers. It was delish! He also helped her to create an order for tacos that weren’t on the menu so that she could enjoy the Nada flavors without any worry of an allergic reaction. We will definitely be requesting Griffin to be our server when we visit Nada again. He was the sweetest ! The Atmosphere is funky and fun, but the bathrooms are probably my favorite of any restaurant. My next visit will be for brunch after seeing the pics of the pork belly & fried egg taco!
