There are few things in life more annoying than rattling a locked door which has a «24 hours» sign printed RIGHTONIT when you really need to pee.

The worst McD’s I’ve ever been to. Dirty, awful customer service and disgusting bathrooms. Go anywhere else!

Guess what… they still have not contacted me regarding my complaint regarding my order back in August. Am I surprised by this… no! I will get my money back before the one year mark, I promise.

I’ve been waiting 20 mins and still don’t have my food. They run out of supplies(ketchup, straws, lemonade) and don’t clean the dinning room. Talked to the manager and her comment was«we’ve been short all day» and gave me two free value meals. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Horrible attitude and service. My food was literally thrown at me. They all need to be fired.

When you travel as much as I do occasionally you crave the consistent fast comfort food from a global chain. This particular McDonald’s is conveniently located across the street from my hotel. On the way back to the hotel I went through the drive through to get a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. Back in my hotel room(about 3 minutes later) I was disappointed that I got a single quarter pounder instead… No big deal. The big problems were; everything was cold, half of the bun was stale and rock hard, fries not completely cooked, no napkins, no receipt, and my sprite had an orange hue to it. Every part of this meal was inedible. Got the phone number from google(since I had no receipt) and called. No answer, left a message and no call back. Finally I called the corporate 800 number to let them know of the deplorable circumstances with my visit. When you have poor unmotivated/uncaring managers or owners the trickle down of this affects the entire crew… which was plain to see and taste.

Awful service. Screamed at us over the intercom, read order back wrong, we corrected it– went to window, order still wrong– a different person came to the window to see what we ordered, then walked away halfway through our answer. Then instructed us to park in the spot where you wait for food so you don’t hold up the line and we sat there for 10 minutes and no one came. Finally had to go in to get food. Seriously? Would like to give a half star but my phone won’t let me.

«Hellooooooooooooooo! Is there anyone in there?» Three separate visits to this Mickey D’s. Total line times: First time: 11 minute wait at the second window for a stale Filet of Fish with hot fries. Second time: 13 minute wait at the second window to get hot food. Third time: 10 minutes and I didn’t even get to the first window before I drove off. *** I really kinda want that big silly clown to give me back those 34 minutes of my life and a free Big Mac and fries, large size, with a shake and yeah, some of those cookies too. ***

I just had a quick drive thru lunch at this McDonald’s. It’s not as easy to access as it was prior to the rerouting of the airport roadways. If you’re coming up Sawyer Rd from the Post Office, one of the byways takes you directly into the McDonald’s parking lot! Very interesting. But, if you’re coming from Stelzer Rd down International Gateway, you’re on your own. :-) I had the Angus Burger meal with a Diet Coke, of course. I’m watching my weight(increase!) It was OK. I’ve had better. I probably should have eaten it sooner while it was hotter — oh well, I was busy. The funny part about my trip occurred when I drove up to the first window to pay. The girl wouldn’t open the window until she saw that I had my money ready to go. When she finally opened her window, she only opened it wide enough to squeeze her arm out to snatch my 20! She shut it as quickly as she opened it. At first I was a little surprised, but then again it’s 25 degrees out. At any rate, I found it a little offensive, because when she handed me my change, only her arm was extended out the window in a position that did not ensure a safe hand-off. Fortunately, the girl at the next window who handed me my meal and drink didn’t have the same problem or my food would have probably ended up on the ground! Oh well, you get what you pay for.
