Only go here if you really need drunk or hangover food and ALWAYS check your order, before you even pull away from the window. They get the order wrong more often tab not, they even screw up the Sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle combo(a standard combo meal) If you have an option go to the location at Morse and Hamilton every time someone gives this location money it tells the owner and manager that this is an acceptable level of service.

Rude. Visited through the drive-through today, was making an order and was rudely interrupted with a very distasteful«sorry we don’t have that». Voice inflection says a lot. Before changing my order to something else I thought it would be best to take my business elsewhere.

Two random times I’ve tried the drive-thru for McFlurries and both times told the ice cream machine is broken. Want to like this place with its retro vibe but can’t especially when once you get in the drive-thru you’re stuck if they don’t have what you want. And, the line moves rather slowly.

Horrible customer service. Got a flat with a baby in the back seat in pouring rain. Pulled into the(nearly empty) parking lot to wait for AAA. As I was trying to console the fussy, squirming boy under drive they canopy, the genius behind the drive thru wanted to know if I wanted food, then the manager comes out and wants me to move my car. When I told him I had a flat and a baby and needed to wait, his response was«don’t you have a spare?» Nice. Didn’t even offer to help me change it. Not that I’d eat this crap, but at least have the decency to help a guy out or at least keep your mouth shut.

Our service here has always been horrible. Their ice cream machine is always«broken», our order is ALWAYS wrong, and on top of that they’re slow. We live across the agree from this location and actually drive to another McD’s to avoid this one. Find another place to eat.

11:39am. We arrived and waited in the drive through line. We waited 8 minutes. Only one car was served. They didn’t answer the telephone. Unprofessional and unworthy of being a McDonalds.

Slow slow slooooooow. I had two cars in front of me and it took 10 minutes to get my food. That’s super fast in sit-down restaurant world, but suuuuper slow in drive-through McDonald’s world. I had enough time while I was waiting for my order to check in on Foursquare, give a bad tip, check in on Unilocal,and check my email. That’s too much time for a drive-through. Generally it’s so fast I am fumbling for my wallet by the time I get to the window. On a related note: My foursquare check-in tagged @McDonalds on twitter and I got a reply from their customer service asking for me to fill in a survey about my experience and so they can make it better. Good for their customer service. For that extra effort they get 2 stars.

I’ve always wanted to try a McDonalds classic and I like the places that are run by an independent owner, it makes it seem like they care more. WRONG!!! Every time I come here I have a problem. I don’t like going to the one in Easton where I live; it’s dirty and the people are really rude. It will always be slow. The guys here don’t know how to run a drive threw either. We know the system, there’s two lanes(lets say A and B) and only one guy taking orders so placing your order ping pongs from one line to the other. it interchanges from A and then B and then back to A then back to B. This guy did all of line A(5 cars) before he took a single order from line B. I waited, no joke, for 20 mins before I even placed my order, let alone how long it took them to fill the orders in front of me. These guys are SLOW!!! But it seems every McDonalds in this area(including the burger kings in the area) are slower then it takes dried mud to roll off a hill. Get the picture? God forbid you wanted ice cream. My order here has never been wrong. My food here has always been ok, but never terrible. The service here has always been slow and always the staff is rude. This is why they only get 1 star. I hate going to a place, spending money, and being treated like crap. It’s not ok with me and I’m sure you care about you’re treated which is why I’m spending the time to make sure you know how this place it.

This poor excuse of a restaurant honestly deserves 0 stars but that is not an option. During my past visits, the fries at this location are NEVER filled completely to the top of the container as shown on their menu so I was not surprised 3 orders of fries were only ½ to 2⁄3 full. They really need to change the name of the Big Mac to Little Mac because there is nothing«big» about this sandwich. The 2 pitiful looking patties look like they belong on a sandwich fit for a 2 yr old because the child does not know any better. The CBO(cheddar bacon onion) looked absolutely nothing like the sandwich proudly displayed once again on the misleading menu. I guess the best way to describe it is plain old nasty. They should call is PON. The greasy overcooked chicken did not compliment the barely there slivers of burnt onions. The bacon was sliced so paper thin that I didn’t realize that it was possible for a meat slicer to do that. I give up. Every visit at this location is a disappointment. As the phrase goes«Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.» I wont be fooled(or be a fool) by going here again. Next time, Wendys.

Holy. Frakking. Crap. Slow! SLOW! I don’t usually review fast food places unless there’s an exceptional case – the food, environment, and servers are almost always the same across all fast food chains. That said, this is probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. A friend was hungry and wanted to grab something on our way downtown so we decided to stop at this McDonald’s. It’s a «McDonald’s Classic» which aims to recapture the original style and feel of the early McDonald’s. It has two drive throughs and no eat-in area, which leads you to(incorrectly) assume it might be aimed at being speedy. Lies! ALLLIES! There was one car ahead of us in our line, and no one in the the other. We sat at the ordering station for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Our order(two McChicken sandwiches and two sweet teas) took over 10 minutes to come out. We could see in the kitchen the entire time, and all three workers had a lethargy akin to a snail sliding its way across a sheet of ice in subzero temperatures. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s: I know exactly what I’m getting into when I go. This was one of the slowest places I’ve been, and I have no plans to return.
