From the second we walked in, they were trying to upsell us to the highest priced flooring and underlayment.(Bella) I get it, you’re trying to make money and yes, it did look the nicest. But the most barf-worthy line we got while being hovered over was«we like to say«good, better, Bella.» That was about enough to make me want to leave but we stuck it out. We wanted a few samples and they told us we had to fill out a form with our address on it. I wasn’t very comfortable with that but when one of the floor samples we wanted wasn’t in stock, I felt a little better when they said they would mail it to us in 5 – 7 days. It’s been 6 weeks and no sample and what’s better? We’re now getting crap for pre-approved cards through them. I don’t know if they sold our info to a third party or what but I’m NOT happy and would never go through them.
