Got seated 65 minutes after being told 30 – 35 minutes. Then waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. This location is horribly managed. Don’t ask for a manager because all you receive is lip service. Red Robin is next door, go there!

Why all the bad reviews? I have yet to have a bad experience at Logan’s or this location in particular. The wait staff is always friendly to me and my girls whenever we’ve gone in. Now I don’t care for the gross peanut shells all over the ground, but I guess that’s part of the experience. I try not get too adventurous with my food choices when I come here. I’ve found that when eating at your standard American restaurant it’s better to stick with burgers and friends, wings, salads(how can you mess that up?). I’ve had all of said items from their menu before and it’s always been delicious. The only thing I’d wish they’d improve on is the seating arrangements(I don’t know, I just feel awkward in there, especially when I’m put in a booth slightly lifted off the ground), the music(it sucks, sorry) and the stupid peanuts(please get rid of this!). Other than that, I enjoy eating at Logan’s.

This was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. My husband did not eat his ribs since they tasted like week old socks. I tried to eat the salad but it was not edible. We were only here for a kid’s birthday party. Places like Logan’s should not exist. Service was interesting. We waited on ourselves.

Well, big mistake. Settled on this because we didn’t want to drive the extra 10 mins to Hyde Park. A $ 22 filet and it’s garbage meat. Stringy, barely sirloin worthy. Order medium and mine was well done. Brought back my steak 15 mins later(yes, 15 minutes later for a medium steak) and it was crusty and dry on the outside and med-rare inside. Wow. Manager came over and apologized which was nice, but it seemed more rehearsed than anything. I’m not surprised by the 2.5 overall rating. Service was solid. Not a fan of deck brushing the floors literally right behind us. I don’t care what time it is.

Worst service I’ve had in a while. The host was incredibly rude. Our server was nice, however she didn’t really pay attention to us. My boyfriend ordered a steak MR, however it came out incredibly rare. I didn’t even want him to eat it, it was waaaay to red. I ordered a steak sandwich, the bread was really hard and the steak was so chewy. The best thing we had to eat there was the side salad. Also, the staff was yelling across the room at each other, which was very disruptive while we were trying to have a conversation. I wouldn’t suggest going there.

Could it be I wasn’t in the mood? I started in the restroom to wash my hands. No customer wants to see a back of the house employee go into the stall with his apron on. Bathroom cleanliness was lacking. The server who doesn’t listen. We specifically said, No Lemon in the water. Dressing on the side. No onion. Please don’t bother to repeat it back to me if you’re not listening. The burger was OK. Cooked correctly medium. Beef was not premium. French fries were old & not hot. Hot rolls to the table were waiting to bake. Wave down another tables server to refill our tables water also. Silverware on the table. Now the Niche. Throwing peanut shells on the floor is fine. Routine cleanup is still required. When shell piles become unseen, that’s when napkins, paper, crayons, straw wrappers, butter ramekins, all become acceptable as well. We are walking through garbage. Wasn’t worth a free burger coupon. We usually have a beverage, but $ 4 is just ridiculous. They’re right next door to Red Robin and Smokey Bones, yet it appears they’re not trying to keep you coming back. My recommendation is go next door.

While I’ve never thought Logan’s was the greatest mid-priced steakhouse, it wasn’t a bad option when you wanted a quick meal that is reasonably priced. After our experience tonight, we will not return ever again. We usually enjoy sitting at the bar and chatting with the bartender. Tonight, we waited over 15 minutes to place our dinner order from the bartender who never made eye contact with us the entire time and when our dinner came, the food was of very, very poor quality. The portions are significantly smaller(which I usually like the leftovers for lunch… no leftovers this time) and it was very bland. And we were never given any rolls and butter, which lets be honest, that’s the best part of eating there. The bartender was cussing while talking to a co-worker. Personally, I don’t care but there was a child in earshot of the f-bomb being dropped. Very unprofessional.

I went here Friday for lunch with a group of 6 from work. I do not plan on going back. I am a pretty easy going person so I enjoy the«hole in the wall» kind of places. There are no words to describe this place but bad. In a nutshell, here are the problems: 1. Service was slow. It was lunch time but they were not that busy. 2. The menu did not include a lunch section. So no smaller portions or lower lunch prices. If you are ok with paying dinner prices for lunch then this won’t be an issue for you. 3. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Not just a smell like maybe it wasn’t cleaned but sewage. 4. The place just seemed dirty. I get the peanuts on the floor, that’s not what I’m talking about. It felt like one if those places you see in the movies where people are traveling and they are in the middle of no where and come upon a restaurant. The actors walk in and something seems weird and the place seems dated and dirty. Get what I mean? 5. The food was blah. My ceasar salad had stale croutons. I wasn’t surprised because I get this isn’t a salad kind of place. But still not a great experience. The mac and cheese was good but not the entrée portion I ordered. No one else really talked about their food. I was disappointed because I had been here awhile ago and it wasn’t that bad. It just kind of seems like they stopped caring.

Great food great price! The new salmon is the best! When I walked in the place was busy. We got sat quickly and had the best service. The manager even came over and made sure all was well! Awesome job.

Only giving one star because you can’t give less. There was no silverware or napkins on the table when we sat down. I had to ask for them as my server was walking away after serving the salad and appetizer. My 12oz Filet Mignon was ordered rare… parts were medium well, medium and medium rare. The server went to the kitchen to ask them to recook a new one. I had cutoff about 2−3oz to give my daughter. The server returned to say they have to have the steak back. It was all taken away… sure to be thrown away… seriously let the kid enjoy a little steak. Just seemed like they thought I was cheating them. There was no we are sooo sorry… that was not up to our standards whatever. The manager brought the new steak. He didn’t see anything wrong with how I was treated. We left without eating. Will never return.

They were better about two years ago… We used to frequent there weekly! Great wing appetizer. Steaks were great and usually cooked on point. The grilled chicken with the parmesean peppercorn dressing on it… So good!

I’m not usually one to leave, but we did. After waiting to see a waitress to even get a drink order, we were apparently not the right color(and its not what you think) as a table that was seated well after us was seen first. So we just got up and left. We were they on a Sunday night with no wait. I guess it’s not that surprising given the bad service

I had a horrible experience at Logans in July and i recieved an email from a rep from their corporate office asking me for my info so they could make it up to me. Its september and still nothing from them! I am very disappointed. So I’m not a big steak and potatoes kinda person myself but he is so we decided to try Logan’s out. Right off the bat I found the booth awkwardly small, and I’m a shorty. Oh well I can get over that. The soft roles were good as was the service throughout the meal. While my portion of grilled meatloaf was large and accompanied by mashed potatos and a skewer of veggies(they were alright), his steak was mostly fat/gristle with a laughable side of broccoli. Can’t say we’ll go back.

Very disappointing. Could be a one time thing, but I doubt it. When we walked in there was no host for a few minutes. This was a saturday night at 8pm mind you. So eventually we were seated in a booth that hadn’t had the seats wiped off, so that was lovely. The waitress, Becky, seemed kind but out of her element. Not the worst waitress ever but nothing special either. We ended up sending one of our steaks back due to being overdone. The waitress was very nice but not as apologetic as one might expect. Granted it wasn’t her fault the meat was cooked poorly, but she represents the kitchen nonetheless. Anyway, I just wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I wish I had spent my $ 60 elsewhere. Its sad because there are some great Logan’s restaurants out there.

The food here is amazing and the price isn’t bad either. You can get a drink, steak, and two sides for under twenty bucks. I especially love their vegetable skewers. In fact, I’ve gone there before just for the vegetable skewers. The problem is the service is hit or miss. Zach is a dime piece let me tell you. He visited our table with a booger hanging out of his nose. Then I had to debate whether to tell him it was there. Good thing he came back without it the next time but then the question is, did he find it and wipe it away? Or did it end up in our food? I’ll never know. I can understand a booger every now and then, it is allergy season. However the lack of personality and awkwardness has no excuse. It was just weird. Whatever. I’ll go there again for those damn vegetable skewers.

So if a restaurant does not demonstrate to be a good one what do you rate it. ? I ask myself why did I give it two stars? Maybe because part of my food was okay. So I decided to order the soup and salad. The salad was okay but the soup left a lot to be desired. It started with a very slow service. It took the hostess 30 seconds for us to be seated however it took 7 minutes for the server to come to our table. After taking orders which was pretty simple both me and my guest ordered salads and I had a chili bowl as well. Our food was at our table 23 minutes later. The chili was cold. It tasted like it was over seasoned with cinnamon. Had a bitter aftertaste. The price was okay the peanuts at the table were a bonus. Not some place I would be eager to dine at again.

Had an interesting visit to this restaurant. Had originally started to dine at Red Robin but they had an hour wait so we walked over to Logan’s and were seated rather quickly. Before I start with the food I’d like to comment on the atmosphere first. While we were waiting on our waiter(who wasn’t the best BTW) I listened to some of the interactions around me. I listened as the waiter and then the manager apologized to three different tables around us. The table behind us apparently had their food come out wrong and then wrong again the second time. I wasn’t able to catch what the problem with one table was but the other again had improperly prepared food. So finally our waiter shows up and gets drink orders and asks for appetizers. We decided no apps just have dinner but he wasn’t ready to take our order. He came back with drinks and I was just having water he took our orders and disappeared. I took the first sip of my water and it tasted like an aquarium! I thought is was just me so my dining companion tried it and made a squishy face. When waiter came back I asked for a diet Coke. It had the same swamp taste to it. After our meal we asked the waiter what the deal was and he told us that the city of Columbus was having issues with their water supply and it has tasted like this for about a month! Seriously!!! You know your water tastes like swamp piss and you do nothing about it! They didn’t even have bottled water to offer. So swamp piss it was to wash down my meal. OK So now on to the food. I ordered the pork chops(I always get Logan’s and Texas Road House confused) so I was expecting these delicious bodacious chops to come out and what came out looked like something my mother made on Sunday dinner. Now my mother deserves credit she fulfilled her end of the bargain and kept me alive until such time as I moved away. That’s about all I can say for her culinary skills :-) Love You Mom! And you select your sides to go with the dish. I had the mac n cheese and it was OK nothing great. I’m sure it wasn’t homemade or anything as the pasta was a bit mushy. My second side dish was the sauteed onions they offer. Now I will tell you those are pretty amazing! I am an onion fan and these were perfect to smother on top of my pork chops. Overall it was an OK dining experience but not one that I will actively seek out again any time soon.

Stopped in for lunch with the girls. Someone had warned me about the rolls here. They were right. You can’t NOT eat them!!! I am a low carb person and those rolls just tempted me to eat them. Which I did. So yummy. Anyway, the salads are a good size and the grilled chicken was nice. I also liked our server Bryce. He had a ninja pony tail on top of his head. I can’t guarantee you will get this part of the experience but ask for Bryce if you can. ;) good lunch spot. Not too busy like some of the other places in Easton at lunch time. Get away from the mall parking and have some rolls! Rolls!!!

Good and Bad with this steakhouse Parents were in town so wanted to try somewhere new. Went to Logan’s and we were seated immediately. Our waitress wasn’t very good, but she seemed to be doing the best she knew how to do. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, but we did have 2 baskets of bread to hold us over. The bread was very good too. I had the baby back ribs and they were nice and hot when they arrived. My sides were broccoli and cinnamon apples. I enjoyed them all. The ribs were decent without their barbeque sauce, much better with the sauce. Overall good food, not the best service.
