Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus – Easton

I’m sure this hotel gets a bad rap for the picture of the toilet coming up on the search results posted from a previous reviewer. My hotel room was super clean however.
Conveniently located about a 12 minutes drive from the airport. As soon as I walked up to the front desk I was greeted by one of the most friendly and polite hotel clerks I have met and I that is saying a lot because I travel a great deal.
They did a great job upgrading this hotel as the furniture, television, and outlets in my room were top notch. The elevator is hard to find as it is tucked away off one of the halls to the right of the lobby. One cool thing is that the television has USB, RCA, and HDMI inputs at the front which is great if you like to bring your own media with you. They have a continental breakfast that opens at 6 AM and pretty much everything you can ask for with the exception of a safe in your room which I prefer.
All in all this hotel checks all the boxes and I would stay here if needed.

Fairly new hotel with easy access from I270. Great sleep quality with comfortable bed, free wifi and very decent breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi are plus. The fitness room is small with a few machines, but sufficient. Two-​minute drive to Easton Town Center with great stores and restaurants and eateries. If you are needing some place to stay in the Northeast Columbus, this place is it!

This was a very nice Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. Price was on the high side at $ 199.00. The staff were courteous. They were also knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions.

Stayed July 4 — 5^th 2025. Didn’t spend much time in room or hotel. Hotel was nice upon arrival, but toilet seat had urine on it that I could see from the door way of the bathroom so I’m not sure how house keeping missed cleaning it. Everything else was nice but I have to give two stars because cleanliness is important to me wherever I stay. I was very turned off by this. ;(

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night in the executive suite. It has to be the nicest room in the hotel. There are 1.5 baths, a separate living and sleeping area an a huge bath room. My only problem with this room was the fact that you are unable to plug anything into the outlets of either bathrooms. I had to do my hair blind at the desk. Overall a very nice stay here.

Have stayed here several times. The walls are thin so you can hear more sounds but the hospitality, among with the rooms being update and clean make up for it. I will stay here every time I stay in Columbus. Go Blue!

This was a newer location/​building and if definitely showed. The staff was friendly and the hotel was cleaned. The room was great and more than what we expected. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nicely renovated. Very nice staff and good service. Only issue is the sound between rooms. Walls are very thin..

Just checked in and I love this hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. My room has one king size bed and sofa bed… huge flat scene TV. Great for overnight or even long term staying. The place is so quiet and I feel pretty safe. Free parking and free breakfast is a plus. Would come back definitely

Stayed here for two nights visiting Columbus. The hotel was not busy at all; the manager told me they had 90 rooms out of 100 to sell at the time. Breakfast was regular food like pancakes, some fruit, juice, cinnamon buns, etc. Didn’t get to try the pool and exercise area but they looked nice.
Overall it was set up like a usual Holiday Inn. The suite we were in had modern décor and it had everything we needed.
