Definitely not a great hotel to stay at if you want a good nights sleep!
–Walls are thin and I could hear people in the hallways, staircases, and other rooms
–Elevator was broken & I was on the third floor (I overheard the front desk attendant saying it had been down for 6 months)
–Beds were uncomfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper
–The place smelled strange like a mixture of hairspray, pretzels, and car air freshener
–My boss found a dirty washcloth in her shower

We stayed here merely because everything else was sold out. We have been to extended stays before but this one was «meh.» We asked about early check in at 1pm vs 3pm and were told «check out was 2 hours ago, so how would we have a clean room?» Solid customer service response, I could think of 99 other ways to rephrase that situation. The room doesn’t have basic amenities (hair dryer, working iron, etc). If you’re rolling through the area and need a quick area to stop at for a lower price, go for it but other than that, I would not recommend it.

The whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke even though it says there is no smoking. Our room smelled worse of smoke. Maybe they remodled an old smoking section and it STILL smells. Either way, really disappointing. The grab and go «breakfast» was laughable. Some fruit and instant oatmeal. I’ve seen MUCH better.

Not nearly as nice as the photos on their website! I was afraid the elevator was going to break down. Guests were grilling and drinking beers on the back lawn! A little scary location.
