The hotel is extremely clean which is a plus. However they are deceptive in their marketing and scrip at check in. I was told breakfast is served until 11:00. Being a Hilton honors member and frequent user of the Hilton brand attended the breakfast then was surprised to see a charge. I’m used to complimentary Hilton honors breakfast their justification was the sign said 9.99, well why did they entice me by saying breakfast is served, that sign could have been for non guest.

This was one of my favorite Garden Inn’s by Hilton. The service was great and the bar was open until 2 am. This offered clean rooms and a quiet evenings sleep. Always the best when it comes to Hilton.

Awful hotel. My wife and I called three weeks before our stay and booked a room over the phone. We chose this place for the sole reason of getting a room with a whirlpool, since we were on a long roadtrip, and desperately needed the relaxation and romantic time together. Upon arrival we were blithely informed that they had given our room to someone else, and the only consolation for our trip being ruined was a free breakfast and a voucher for a future stay at this hotel. As if. WEWILLNEVERSTAYHEREORATANYHILTONAGAIN. Don’t book what you don’t have, thank you for ruining our vacation you miserable asshats.

I don’t usually do reviews but I’m going to ding the customer service in this Hilton Garden. Yes Hilton Gardens have the best beds, breakfast and customer service of anywhere I stay. I am a Hilton Honors Member… Upon my arrival and request for early check in, the clerk informed me that her house keeping gets there at noon, refused to take my phone number to call me upon room readiness, and repetitively told me that she didn’t keep a updated list of rooms that were ready for checking in. Every other stay, rooms were reasonably by noon, as I generally check out before midnight. I would see house keeping as early a 8am. The clerk would offer me a voucher on most occasions for breakfast as I waited. NOTHERE! All I recieved was how they didn’t do this, and that, or that, or heaven forbid that. If your thinking that I dinged this place because I was mad, not the case… the establishment is great, but the staff however could definately use a change… Ever hear of «Customer Service» … Evidently Not!!!

Stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn last weekend when I was in town for a family gathering and to attend a Buckeyes game. I was only in my room for a grand total of nine hours as I checked in very late and had to hit the road early the next morning, but what I did see was impressive. My room was immaculate and well appointed with a 32″ flat screen TV, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and the climate control worked great. Very nice hotel… highly recommended.

Across the street from its big brother«Hilton», the«Garden» is no lightweight on guest services and amenities. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly and down to earth. The«Garden» provided the same beds, fluffy pillows, soft towels and large flat screen tv’s as the Hilton. The internet was complimentary(Hilton charges $ 13/day unless you’re a gold or platinum Hilton Honors member), the fitness room was clean, and their food service was great for weary business travelers like myself in need of a quick bite before heading to the office. If you’re a «Hilton» snob like me and find no vacancies in the Columbus area for this brand, don’t fret. The«Garden» is a wonderful alternative and would give his big brother a run for their money.

I was impressed with everything about my room here. The size, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, décor – everything was top notch. In fact, it was everything i expect at a Westin, Hyatt Regency or Renaissance hotel(and even better than some of those I’ve been to). I’m not giving 5 stars because I did not have a chance to go to the restaurant, lounge or health club. My rating is for just the room and staff and those were absolutely terrific!
