Discount Drug Mart

I was able to receive excellent customer service from Mellisa in the pharmacy drive through window. She was well informed and able to fill my daughter’s prescription when the Walgreen’s up the street was stopped in its tracks because they couldn’t run the insurance correctly. They never made an attempt to confirm a simple DOB! Thanks for caring Drug Mart!

This is my ONE & ONLY PHARMACY that I go to for all my family’s medicines! I love their super fast drive-​thru lane! Everyone there is very nice, friendly & fast! They get me in and out super quick! The pharmacist there even called me up and checked to see how I’m doing with all my kids’ medications. They truly care about our meds & health. I love that pharmacy so much and am a very regular customer there! :-)

Prices here are great compared to Walgreens, and CVS. Good luck asking an employee where something is, better yet, if they carry something. They seem to not know anything. The store has various dicounted, aka, cheap items from personal care items to food.

This review is strictly based on the Pharmacy. I love the store itself, but my 5 stars go to Dan and his crew.
If you go to my reviews, you will notice that I have had severe problems with CVS in the past, I’m talking severe. So when I started going to DDM for my prescriptions, it was like a Godsend.
Everyone at this pharmacy seems to genuinely care about their customers. They do their jobs in such an accurate fashion, it’s almost impossible to believe. I’ve gone to at least a dozen pharmacies in the past and I have decided to never go anywhere else again. Yes, they are AMAZING.
I am always treated great with a smile. Dan somehow always seems to make me feel cared about as a customer. You see, when dealing with something as delicate as someone’s medication, that is a very responsible position and they handle that position above and beyond anyone else I have ever encountered.
So with that said, if you want a pharmacy where the folks really care about you, then look no further.
P. S. I moved out of the New Albany area over 6 months ago to North Linden and I still travel almost 20 miles here to get my prescriptions…3 separate ones.

Discount Drug Mart saves you the runaround… their ads are completely true. Whether you need to restock on beer, purchase medication, or are looking to just pick up some chips or hamburger buns, Discount Drug Mart sells it. You would expect a convenience store like this to have high prices. but most items are very affordable… some even cheaper than large grocery stores.
I am also a regular customer at the pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Love it. Quick, convenient and really at a price parity with even Walmart… actually, walmart’s vinegar and honey was more expensive. Good wine and light liquor selection, plenty of seasonal brews along side standards. The Pharmacy people are where it’s at! Yea for Dan and Melissa who are incredibly helpful every time!

Did you say «Convenience»? Discount Drug Mart should be called «Convenient» Drug Mart. Did you say «Inexpensive»? Another good name would be «Inexpensive» Drug Mart. Did you say «Great Selection»? Well, you get the point.
We love our DDM. We not only love our Pharmacist, we love the hours, the location, the products, the service and most of all the prices!
There are some fascinating facts that most people don’t know about DDM. It’s not your everyday, typical drugstore. Did you know that they offer fresh, local produce? Yup… and it’s good! Did you know that DDM rents the latest Movie DVDs for as low as $.99 for a 3 day rental. Wow! And finally, their beer and wine selection rivals any major grocery store in Columbus.
All-​in-​all, DDM offers more than most people realize. It’s a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of the big grocery store chains and the prices are often lower too! Now that’s tough to beat.
