Kao is fantastic! She does a great job on my nails and even gives me a glass of wine. Their prices are reasonable too. I leave each time with beautiful nails that last.

Cute salon, decently clean from what I could see. Affordable, you get what you pay for. Customer service completely sucks.

I was in Columbus last weekend and spent $ 125 on a gel polish manicure and regular polish pedicure. Five days later, my gel polish completely peeled off. My gel polish usually lasts for 2 – 3 weeks. I called today and was hung up on multiple times. I am waiting to hear from the manager. I will update my review if I receive a prompt return call and resolution. Thank you.
I just spoke with an employee and they were not willing to refund the money spent on the manicure. They did offer to re-​do the manicure if I could come in. Since I live in Texas, that is not an option.

I chose to come here because Of the reviews on Unilocal.I wasn’t disappointed! The girls were all nice and the place looked clean. There were many polish colors to choose from including gel polish. My service was a spa pedi and a basic manicure. I would definitely come here again!

Bad service on a Saturday. I went in around 12 pm for an eyebrow wax and classic mani/​pedi. The receptionist/​main women was horrible and had an attitude right from the start. I asked if she could explain what the classic mani/​pedi included and she just pulled a menu and rude put it in my face. Then I agreed to the services I wanted. She told me to wait in the first room on the right for my eyebrows. I waited and she came in still with an attitude. She told me to close my eyes, which I did, and she proceeded to wax my eyebrows. In the meantime I must have opened my eyes because she snaps at me «close your eyes and put your chin up more.» I told myself if she was to do my nails I would refuse service from her. Thankfully, she was not the lady who ended up working on my mani/​pedi. The previous lady walked around the establishment with a huge puss face. The worst part was there was only one other client in the establishment so my request shouldn’t have been that annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone and they most certainly lost my business as I have been there more than once and the service from the same lady was awful. She was just as rude to my mother and two aunts when we went there in April. Lady totally needs an attitude check and to keep all her children from running around the place. Also, the prices are high. The eyebrow wax and mani/​pedi cost $ 70.00. My mani is chipped and my toe polish was horrendous.

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for seven years. Tina is my favorite. She may not be the most talkative person in the world, but she has always done a great job for me. I recently used a groupon at another shop and they looked awful. (Lesson learned) Tina fixed me right up in a timely manner.

This place was great! Alex the owner fixed my nails after a horrible job was done on them from a shop by Walmart on Morse rd. My acrylic looked so big & unnatural & they left gel polish on the sides of my nails. Alex took time to reshape every nail! Go visit them :)

I love going here, best nail place I had found so far from moving to Columbus. Everyone is very friendly and kind, the girls who do my nails ember me and even remember that my boyfriend like light pink nail polish on me, makes me feel valued they remember me. I like how they open a sterile pack of utensils and the place is beautiful and clean. I go here about ever 3 weeks for mani/​pedi :)

Ok so I have been going to this salon almost a year and everytime I go there is an issue. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I kept going back thinking it may get better, but it never did. They change the prices according to the person that does your nails! They do extra stuff and then add on the price to your total as if you asked for it. I went in today and this was my last time ever going back. The owners wife who is the head of the shop is extremely rude. She doesn’t talk to you and if you speak to her she acts too good to talk back. I got the same service 3 weeks prior and first it was 35 $ the price jumped to 50 $ for the same service. This is a terrible salon period!!!

They perform services you don’t ask for, and don’t tell you that there is an extra charge for it. $ 65 for pink and white manicure? What a joke… took an hr between two people. I will NEVER go back, and suggest others try elsewhere if they want a manicure that lasts, as my nail broke already (i was there this afternoon). filed to thin on the tips. Horrible salon!

Went 3 weeks ago. i got a gel polish and my daughter got a pedicure. very pleased. have another appointment for this morning.

Manicure does not last. Quality not good. Go somewhere else.

this is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I have gone back three times trying to see if the service got any better. It seems to have just gotten worse everytime though. The head lady that did my nails has the worst personality. She acts like i’m lucky to even be there getting my nails done. It should be the other way around if you know anything about customer service. She buffed my nails so hard that it burned super badly. Felt like my nails were on fire. It should never be painful to get your nails painted. Especially your real nails. I have no idea why people continue to go to this salon. I’ve been super unhappy everytime I’ve tried this place.

Me and my wife gave Deja Vu Nail and Spa on North Hamilton near New Albany /​Little Turtle and were very happy with the Pedicures and Manicures. New Chairs. New and Clean atmosphere. Friendly Staff. Very Detailed and relaxing services. A+ in our book. Thanks Deja Vu.
