Do I have to select a star? Stopped in for lunch and received waters within the first five minutes. The food however Never showed. After nearly 50 minutes of waiting and asking we had enough and left. Group behind us even sat down after we did and was finishing their food as we exited. It boggles the mind how poorly this operation is run. I get my wings from Amazing Joe’s or Papa’s Grill these days which is light years ahead of this place with their customer service.

While the food tastes good, service is very poor. I’ve observed this over 5 visits to this location. Also, the Columbus IN location is shut down for some reason. I drove over there few days ago and found the interior being torn up — no signs saying when they will re-open and no mention on the website and no one answers their phone number. What a disappointment! Zero customer service mentality.

We were at Bdubs for dinner last night in the bar area. Our waiter brought our drinks right away but after that, we didn’t see him until we were already done eating! someone else brought us our wings, which were very good! Our waiter never checked on us, didn’t fill up our drinks & I wasn’t able to get more ranch because he wasn’t around. Then he showed up after we sat there for maybe 4 or 5 minutes after we were done to see how we were. By then we just wanted our check so we could leave. Other than that, The wings were very good & the french fries were hot & crispy, which I think are perfect! I wish the service was better to match with the amazing wings so I can give them a better rating, maybe next time!

Really disappointed with the staff. I was taking an important call and the barmaid couldn’t wait to tell me that my son couldn’t be near the bar. Never be back again. This is a perfect example of poor customer service skills. I don’t know if I blame the employee or the jack-ass management who can’t run a near empty establishment. Piss– poor. Food was ok otherwise it would be one star. They could of sold a beer and made a descent tip before I was so rudely interrupted. I was going to enjoy a beer and a quick meal before letting my wife take a turn at the wheel. Three stars is too much for this hole.

We are local so I try to always have a positive attitude when we visit but always leave wondering why we came back in the first place… Sure, it could be the wings but it certainly isn’t the service. You look around and see half a dozen servers on their phones or shootin’ the bull while we sit money in hand waiting to be helped… even this review about them is bumming me out. Ok maybe ill write another after my next visit

I ordered through the phone, went there to pick it up and they said they never put in the order and asked for the name of the person that I talked on the phone. Who asks for their name when you order? I didnt want to wait another 30 min so I just came back home empty handed. However, I thought I would give another try and ordered for a pick up a couple days later. They had my order ready this time EXCEPT that I ordered 2 food items and they only put in 1. I’ve read reviews that their service is terrible and thats why I didnt dine in, but after this, Im just never going back there.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is actually pretty decent. Service was slow at lunch(it was packed), but that’s to be expected. Food came out hot so I know it wasn’t sitting out waiting to be picked up.

I was served cold wings. Wings at this restaurant are not cheap. The least they can do is bring the wings out while its still warm. But I think what they do is make them in large amounts and let them sit until someone ordered. Either way I waited for a while expecting my wings to come out at least warm but got cold wings. This was my first experience at buffalo wings and will be my last. At least at Hooters they bring their wings out nice and hot. I will not recommend anyone for wings at this location unless they want it cold.

Horrible service, the fried pickles were burnt and the wings were overlooked at all had my 10 month old with me waited 25 minutes to get a high chair. Not to mention we requested a booth stood there for ten minutes then was put at a table. –there were multiple booths open

I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one comes up short. A Bloody Mary came served on a plastic soda glass with a salty goo literally running down the sides, no garnishes, and tasted like nothing but tomato juice and tobasco. Tasted nothing like the bloody Mary’s at other b-dubs. Service was weak, wings came without dipping sauce(we weren’t given the option), and the salsa tastes like ketchup. Definitely not what I’ve experienced at other locations. skip this one.

Great food Asian zing boneless wings. Service not so great we have to ask for refills usually the waitress asks us for refills. Also the waitress didn’t offer anything for us to sit our baby in another waitress offered a high chair so that he wouldn’t fall off the chair in his car seat. Let’s hope service is better with future visits.

Ugh. Tonight re-enforced why I don’t come here anymore. Our server was sweet, but service was just bad. Sloooow food deliver. Evidently a kitchen staff quit. Food isn’t good enough to make up for it. Had to track down waitress to get check so we could leave. And it wasn’t even busy. Place seems to be fraught with problems.

Very let down on the quality of service, game selection, and the general ‘tude of the staff. Stopped in early on a Saturday, place was DEAD and asked if they got ESPN3 to catch an SEC Game. I was told No, they dont get it but then they tuned to ESPN32 hours later for another person who asked for a Big 10 game. I know Indiana is Big 10 country but when there are more TVs than patrons, why not give them what they ask for — even if its for a short time and they need to change to another game later. Will I be back? Doubtful. If I’m going to spend my money, I’ll find another place.

I have recieved the best service at any BWW at this location, both in the bar and on the family side. I don’t eat the wings, but they put plenty of cheese on the wedges that I order, when other locations have been pretty skimpy. This location, thus far, is my favorite by far.

First real wings in over a year of deployment, and that brought us here. Three of us demolished about 70 boneless of varying flavors, all ordered to go. They were ready in the fifteen minutes we were quoted, but we were charged for ranch sides that weren’t ordered. Unfortunately, the young enlisted who ordered didn’t look at the receipt til we were driving back. No huge deal, but it’s happened at other locations we’ve been to, and it’s a little frustrating.

Everyone knows that the food is good. You order what you like and it’s the same at all BWW. What can set these restaurants apart is the service. This one did not cut it. The manager should take a little more responsibility on the service. That’s what I am paying for. Service!!! The waitress also supposedly had a training waitress. who I only saw talking to her friends. Where is the manager? Might have been his night off. Get it together BWW!!! If you want my money, make sure your service is worth it.

This was your standard BWW so there is nothing earth shattering to report. However I do think it has a nice seating area and a big bar. It was very clean and the day we were there our server was attentive and friendly. I also loved the wings. They came out pipping hot and drenched in sauce — which is how I like it!

We were looking for a quick bite off of 65 in our trek from the airport down to Kentucky. BWW definitely worked out well for us. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Our BWW always seems to skimp on the sauce and our wings here just drenched. They were great!
