Asked them to pay off one of our phones and they paid off the wrong one. We even questioned why instead of $ 475, it was $ 507 as quoted last week. Called ATT and they helped us out some, but still had to come up with a lot of money. Told us to return to the store and all I got was: unfortunately it’s true, once you pay off a phone, it can’t be changed. Not even asking who was the salesperson or even saying sorry. There are other ATT stores.

I’ve been an AT&T customer since 2008(6yrs) and this is the longest time I’ve waited for an in-store service. There were 4 people in front of me, I waited an hour and 20 minutes for tech support question that only took 4 minutes. I know, right? They say it’s their coorporate office trying a system that treats all customers the same. The employee also agreed that it wasn’t working too well, so I hope it changes. SOON!
