Took a morning off of work to meet with their estimator. Nice guy, but that’s where the good experience ends. After over a month of no communication and no estimate, I had to email them to check on the status. The response to my email was an apology explaining that after coming to my house, Archadeck decided to only handle decks for new builds moving forward. They would not be providing me with an estimate. This is when I was hoping to start the work, and now I’m back to square one. Horrible customer service. If you’re going to change your policies, at least take care of the ones you were working on first!
