Found them on groupon and figured it was worth a shot. Our carpets were in bad shape and we were certain they would need replaced before the holiday season. After the two guys were done cleaning them we were very surprised as the carpet came out much better than expected. I would highly recommend Apollo to friends and family. Even scheduling the appointment was simple and the staff was friendly. While our carpet is old and will need to be replaced in the next year I will use Apollo once the new carpet is in for maintenance. A+ service!

After reading great reviews I am disappointed with the carpet cleaning service I received. The first appointment was eventually cancelled after waiting more than 6 hours. My second appointment had arrival time of 9−10am. I received call around noon stating it would be 4−5pm due to mechanical issues with the truck. They finally arrived a few minutes after 5:00. Two employees come to my home; one worked while the other walked around the majority of the time. They made no attempt to move any furniture — didn’t even pull dining room chairs out! The stairs and lower landing were left soaking wet. Will not use this company again.

After a rather bad experience with a different company with a Groupon, we decided to give Apollo a shot, and are thrilled that we did.
They didn’t treat us like a customer with a coupon. They were easy to schedule with, and the staff was professional in every respect. They had us scheduled for an arrival time between 9:00 — 11:00, and called at 8:55 to say they were a bit behind, and wouldn’t be here until about 9:10!
Customer service the way it should be, but rarely is these days.
Highly recommended!

I hadn’t had our carpets cleaned for at least 3 years. I had gotten one from Angie’s List, Knights Carpet Cleaning, which I won’t use again. I think they charged to move furniture, and they left our carpet very wet.
I chose Apollo from
because of the positive reviews. The two cleaners that came this weekend were professional, really nice. They were scheduled 8−12PM for Saturday, but I got a call 30 min earlier and they came right over. They were here at least 2−½ hours did a fantastic job, got ALOT of the water up so it wasn’t soaked, and they moved the furniture back for FREE!
Would definitely use Apollo next time, its a great service.

Staff down to earth, courteous, and professional. It was amazing the types of stains they could get up with ease. They did a tremendous job and most importantly took their time when compared to other carpet cleaning agencies in town that work by commission with the number of houses they hit in a day. ! I would recommend them to anyone.
