This review is for this particular branch not Andrews as a whole. They have a great selection of all kinds of jewelry just as you would at any jewelry store. The difference with this store is the people they hire. 5 years ago when the hubby was buying me an anniversary band, the woman behind the counter was absolutely rude, infuriating and I did NOT want to give our money to her. After purchasing, we received a catalog from them and the exact same ring was $ 400LESS than what they charged us in store. They kept trying to explain it away despite having matching item #‘s. I swore we’d never go back. The hubby needed to get his ring resized and we were passing by and reluctantly went in. The bigger, balding guy behind the counter(I didn’t get his name) was trying to be all jokey and sarcastic and I played along to a point just to get him to give us a decent price on the resize. Then he says to my husband«now that you’re without a ring for a few days, you know what this means! You get to party with the ladies!» Um, excuse me!!! Maybe you can say that kind of crap to a dude walking in by himself and try to be all macho but to say it in the presence of the guy’s wife is just plain disrespectful and RUDE! I’m beginning to see a pattern here. So needless to say despite the fact this location is closest to us, we will NOT be going back ever. The Polaris location will get our business from here on out.

I have to admit I do have my own sentimental reasons for being a fan of Andrews Jewelers at Easton because it’s where my husband bought my engagement ring. It’s also where we bought our wedding rings and where I’ve had my ring upsized, downsized, cleaned repeatedly and soldered together with my engagement ring. Through it all the staff at Andrews Jewelers has been nothing but kind to me. I’ve been in some jewelry stores that make you feel like a hobo if all you want is to get your ring shined without pretending you’re going to buy something but that has never been the case at Andrews. Regardless of why I’ve walked through the door they’ve been helpful and attentive. They have a wide selection of jewelry and you don’t get the feeling they’re trying to pressure you into a purchase which is definitely nice. They’ve also never tried to upsell me to a bigger diamond or fancier side stones. Those are both things I’ve had happen to me at other local jewelry stores. If you’re looking for something special, give Andrews a try.

I hate writing bad reviews but I would just like to warn others about this store. While they initially seemed pleasant, my fiancé and I were extremely disappointed in their actual service. My ring is from this chain(Andrews/Rogers Jewelers) and we decided to bring it in to get cleaned and re-plated. We were told it would be finished and ready for pick up the following evening. We returned shortly after the indicated time and they could not find the ring! After quite a bit of searching throughout the store, they finally found the ring-which had not been serviced at all! They apologized and asked if it would be inconvenient to pick it up the following day at noon. To be honest is is an inconvenience since we do not have much free time and the Easton shopping center is extremely busy on weekends. However, we did not want to be rude so we said it would be fine. We were assured by all three employees that they would personally make sure it was ready by noon the following day. Well, at 1:00PM(we gave them an extra hour since we had lost our faith in their abilities) the next day we called before leaving to double check that the ring was ready before driving all the way out to the shopping center and wasting a large part of the afternoon. Well, to our lovely surprise they had only just put the ring into the ultrasonic. An hour past the«ready» time and they hadn’t even started re-plating it? AFTER already messing up by a day and costing us an extra trip? Not impressed at all to say the least. They asked for an additional hour to finish the ring and we were greeted by a bustling shopping center, complete with two full parking decks. This was the first time we have had to get the ring cleaned and re-plated and we were planning on using them regularly. After this incident, we were extremely put off by this store and the competency of their employees. We will never return to this store nor will we make any future jewelry purchases with them. We were willing to look past the first mistake(although we were both concerned that they could easily misplace such an important item and have no clue where it was) since mistakes do happen sometimes but their inability to correct their mistake as promised was the last straw. I would think twice before walking into this store!

When my father wanted to ‘repropose’ to my mother, he wanted to get her the perfect ring. You see, they got engaged when he was 20 years old and they didn’t have much money, so while my mothers ring was nice, it wasn’t exactly what he always dreamed for her. We went around to several jewelry stores and explained what we were looking for. Simple. Plain. No embellishments. But none of them could find something like this. Every one they showed us had side stones, fancy bands, or something else that wasn’t what we wanted. Until we came to Andrews Jewelers. When I explained what I wanted, he went straight to the case and pulled out a beautiful princess cut diamond solitaire with a thick, clean band. It was exactly what we were looking for. Surprisingly, it was only ½ a caret because it looked so much bigger. The price was amazing too — $ 2,000. We said that we would continue to look around but it was soon pretty clear to see that we should go back. We bought the ring that afternoon. He even threw in a diamond chip charm for me for free and gave us a substantial discount on a gold diamond and peridot ring(my birthstone) since we paid cash for everything. They have been nothing but friendly when we’ve needed adjustments made to it and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a jeweler who has quality items, good prices, and excellent service.
