Alexander Square

Throughly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere is pretty great it is full of, or was full of, young professionals. They can’t say that because it violates some law, but there. The pool and clubhouse are pretty great. I loved the gym. Towels, water, tv’s. Tanning bed for those who aren’t very intelligent with life choices. Work orders were always handled quickly and thoroughly. I’d definitely recommend the square!
Negatives: parking, but let’s be real how lazy can you be, walk an extra 40 ft and don’t die of heart disease.
The Music plays like Memorial Day through summer all hours until 10 it is mind numbing.

I was super worried about moving in here after reading all of the negative reviews, but I’ve had a great experience! The staff is really accommodating and anytime I have any issue at all, they address it quickly (ex clogged sink, leaking dishwasher) and call me to follow up and make sure it was taken care of. I have had quite a few people move in/​out around me and have never had any issues with noise. The amenities are great too-​I use the gym all the time, and if you can get past the fraternity/​sorority douchebags that tend to hang out there, the pool is pretty great too.

Been here for almost 2 years now. Really have very little complaints. Parking can be rough at times. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Only maintenance issue we have ever had was the garbage disposal and they fixed it right away. Have not had any issues with neighbors either. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We lived here for two years before buying a home. Extremely updated and nice apartments from the inside.
Multiple Problems: Very thin walls – you hear everything. Music playing all hours and no one wants to help/​will help from the corporation or staff.
Parking was AWFUL. People park wherever they want – even illegally against the building fire lanes. Try pulling out of your parking space at 4 am to go to work and have lines of cars parked against the buildings fire lane behind your car so you have to pull out and back in multiple times to avoid hitting idiots cars who park behind your car illegally – or just hit them anyway. Cars ARE NEVER TOWED despite other reviews people made mentioning it. You can call the cooperation or office staff and they will say they never call and have cars towed. We moved out the second we could.
The pool is nice, but it is completely like the MTV pool – all perfect bodied young kids that hog all the seats and drink beer in the water.
Do not recommend living here as no one will ever fix anything.

Staff is really nice and the residents are too;-) It is definitely preferred living!!! 9′ ceilings are wonderful and the open floor plan just FEELS good. That’s what we go by: IT JUST FEELS GOOD;-}
