Things Remembered

I can’t give it a zero so I’m stuck giving it 1 star. Needless to say they have messed up my photo album 3 times and had to reorder it, every time it was something major they screwed up and here we are rhe 4^th time and how do you not see that in the 2015 the 5 is only half done. UGH… SO if u have gone through 4 times and still have not gotten it right what in the world do you need to finally get this right cause this is completely insane. Can’t spell, can’t get pictures rights, you name it here, if it could go wrong it has went wrong on this photo album. They don’t know what they are doing here or how to do the engraving. Someone needs to step in and re-​educat these people on how to operate these machinese. They think its funny how they keep messing up my order and now my daughter did not get her Christmas/​Anniversary gift. To think I pd $ 100.00 for this to be a joke to them is just pissing me off. I won’t waste my time again.

Get things done in a flash and the prices are amazing. I had something engraved and was given great direction and awesome feedback. Love, love this chain.
