McDonald’s

Gross… gross people prepping food always with a attitude, playplace gross. Nasty people letting their kids go down the slide with full diapers… what is this world coming to?

The people working at this McDonald’s are both incompetent and extremely rude. I tried to order a coffee with room for milk and it took 3 minutes of spirited discussion, then my order was abruptly «ended» and I was told I couldn’t order anything else until I pulled up to another window, where I was allowed to actually complete my order. Of course when I got it, the coffee had no room left for milk. There are McDonald’s everywhere, save yourself the headache and go to another one.

Argh! How can the store be out of a staple item like Diet Coke?!! And, then, the clerk sounded surprised when I sounded surprised, but politely thanked her and declined to place an order.
This is Inventory Management 101. Basic stuff. For years, I had understood, and have frequented McDonalds, in part, because they have a reputation for seeing that franchises are operated with extreme efficiency, and highly consistent quality — no surprises across the platform.
Disappointing that something basic like Diet Coke syrup would be out of stock.
No bueno. No mas.

You wonder why I’m reviewing a McDonalds? Check out my picture. It has a fireplace, a big screen t.v. with comfy chairs in the middle of this McDonalds. I found that oddly bizarre. I’ve never seen that in a McDonald’s before.
This McDonalds was just, weird, and huge. They took our order, took our names, then called our names, then we went to get our food. Then they tried to say my quarter pounder cheese plain was another guy’s quarter pounder cheese plain. I mean, seriously, does anyone else in a large McDonalds order the exact same thing I order? They finally figured out it was mine. He had ordered a chicken sandwich.
But the thing is, all that can be ignored cause there’s a cozy fireplace, in an alcove, with couches and a big screen t.v. Probably for Tigers fans.. Across from that, a children’s play area, also huge.
So, order your food, and sit by the fireplace watching the Tigers game on big screen t.v.
