ACME Moving & Storage

These guys did a great job for me moving me from Laurel, MD to Richmond, VA. They were professional the whole time from our talks in the office until the last box came in. They charged me what I was qouted and it was fair. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

These movers did a great job for my senior mother and me. We moved from a Town–
House and I didn’t have time to finish packing so I called their office and they

Packers over the next day. There packers were very professional and even packed my large mirrors and large pictures on the wall that I forgot to tell them about. They moved me the next day and everything went so smooth and quick that I was in my new house in a few hours and unpacking before
I new it. I talked with there office 4 times and each time they were more than helpful and polite to me and even offer me a nice senior discount and I only paid what I was quoted over the phone. Great people and very good customer service when I really needed help.

Incredibly rude. I can’t speak to their moving ability but Mike was extremely rude when dealing with him after we cancelled and went with a cheaper company. I was willing to overlook his odd statements that bordered on sexist/​racist comments (asking me how much my Indian in-​laws paid for me) but calling me 2 weeks after my move date and hanging up on me after I told him we had already moved with another company just speaks to a pattern of poor customer service. This conversation that started off friendly went something like this. «Mike: I’m calling to find out about your move date. Me: I’m glad you called because we have been leaving messages for you. We cancelled our appointment the day after we first talked and I wanted to find out your deposit refund policy. Mike: You went with another company?! I don’t know why you think you deserve a refund. You should have just called and rescheduled.» And then he promptly hung up on me.
