I have ordered many times since Dominos have combined their locations. And allow me to say this I have yet to have a warm or correct order. I have been offered free coupons and they never showed. The lack of customer service training is apparent. I hope they close their doors. I will never order from Dominos again. From forgotten orders. To cold pizza and then pizza with no sauce. This company sucks

Never order here waited an hour call the store was lied to that the food was just coming out DRIVER showed up five minutes later obviously was lost. I don’t know what that order system is 12345 went through that sequence twice Kenisha was the manager.

Ever since they’ve combined the Fridley and Columbia Heights locations together, this store has been a complete train wreck. There was so much wrong with our order last night: Timed order placed at 3:00 to arrive at 5:15. Arrived at like 6:15. Employees putting us on hold and hanging up on us when we called to inquire about it. Two of the four items ordered were incorrect. Food was cold when it did arrive. I have a broken foot and I sent my kids down to get the driver/let him in the security door as he didn’t come in when I buzzed him. My daughter’s PCA went down and the driver was trying to get her to sign. I sent the other adult here down to talk the driver up and he tried to talk her into signing. It’s MY card!!! Their ONLY redeeming factor was reversing the charge on my card. I’m a former Domino’s employee from the 30 minutes or less era. I was there for the wing roll out, and I have an incurable addiction to them, However, it’s going to be a while before I «get over» this…
