I had lunch here on 10÷21÷15 in which I had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a Chicken Sandwich with some fries. The service was quick and the food was good. The bathrooms were clean in which if I need a quick meal then I would stop by here if in the area. You should too.

I’ll be calling the 800 today. THEWORSTSERVICE of ANY Wendy’s location in C/S. Why is it that the fast food joints on the W side, including, Wendy’s have such POOR customer service??? I can only assume it’s because they have so many tourists passing though that they don’t care about their local customers??? Nevertheless, I went in, just needed something quick to eat, blood sugar was low… I ordered the chili, and waited for over 10 minutes to get NOTHING. Not even my money back! The Manager on duty was WASLESSTHANHELPFUL and in fact, only had excuses, like she was the only one ‘on sandwich duty’, and they messed up the first bowl of chili, and then they ran out, so they just left me standing there. I must mention that I was the only one in line… Disgusted, not the first problem I’ve run into with Wendy’s on the W side, but it will be the last!

Horrible service. I ordered a #2(which is a double cheese burger) and told the lady at the drive thru I wanted it plain and dry. She didn’t know what that was so I told her specifically that I only want meat and cheese. I get home and I open a single burger fully loaded with veggies and mayo and double cheese. How can you not understand«just meat and cheese»?

Customer service equals ZERO. How about when you’ve got 4 plus people waiting to order, you wait to make the coffee at 2:30pm. The employee working the front didn’t even to bother acknowledging anyone else in line. The manager stopped by, only to okay this lady’s, Shannon, free combos which she didn’t have anything to prove the discount. By the way Wendy’s, your not Starbucks, no one is beating down your doors for coffee.

If you are smart enough to be looking on Unilocal,then just don’t go to Wendy’s. There are plenty of other places around that can use your business. It can become very slow. It is poorly managed. And orders are often wrong.

Berry Chicken salad is an absolute joke! I had very low expectations for a fast food salad but was still disappointed. Wendy’s description of the Berry Chicken Salad: Treat yourself to a delightfully crisp salad made from eleven types of freshly chopped field greens topped with plump blueberries, sweet California strawberries, almonds roasted with sea salt, shaved Asiago cheese, and a warm grilled chicken breast for a powerful punch of dietary fiber, calcium and antioxidant-rich nutrients. Add Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, made with acai berry juice, for a delicious finish. My description: Iceburg lettuce only, four blueberries, one strawberry, five slices of COLD chicken, a plastic bag with some almonds, two shaved slices of cheese. This salad for $ 4.50 and nothing like pictured or described. Wendy’s owes their customers an apology. I deserve a refund. i will try to post a photo. On top of that, service was rude.

I think I am going to give up on Wendy’s. Their burgers have always appealed to me in the fast food world because of the fresh produce they use within them, but their meat patties just seem to be getting worse and worse. The past couple of times I have opened up my burger wrapper and found the burger drenched in grease! Even dripping with it! I haven’t been able to even finish a whole one in a while… Also, their fries are so inconsistent. You never know if you are going to get crispy, burned or soggy fries. And, no matter which way you get them, they always need salt! Sorry Wendy’s. I used to like you but, now that I have experience other burgers, I have found that the grass is greener on the other side.

Horribly managed. The dine-in line was ignored for 5+ minutes. I don’t know who was more pissed, me or the two groups of people behind me who just walked out. I logged in just to write this review, it was that bad.
