Really bad service — only 1 open counter and 5 people in line! When the bloke at the counter asked a co-worker who was walking by to open up a 2^nd counter, the guy responded back that he was done for the day and headed to the door!
Just really bad experience overall when checking out — In his shoes, I would have tried to find another staffer — I mean it wouldn’t have taken that long to find someone else in the store to open the second cash-counter and meanwhile the line continued to grow! Other than that negativity from staff, aisles were well labelled, clean and my colleague easily found the allergy medicine he was looking for.

The service here is slow and just not the best. I generally use Walgreens for convenience, but the wait times tend to be long enough that this is not very convenient. They also made some mistakes trying to bill my insurance and didn’t communicate great about this. I will most likely try other local options before returning here.

This is, by far, the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I cannot stand this store, and every employee that I’ve ever encountered is either rude or just doesn’t care. The customer service is absolutely horrible! They’re not helpful; I’ve never been asked if I needed help finding something or if I’m doing okay. That’s just basic customer service. It’s better to have asked the same customer the same question five times than to say nothing at all. I’ll walk in and no one will even be at the front of the store to greet me. They’ll stare, but not even say hi. Sometimes you’ll find a group of employees talking in the middle of the store and they’ll look at you and won’t even try to pretend they’re interested in helping. I work in customer service and find it appalling because I would never treat my customers like that. I avoid this particular store at all costs.
