I would not wish these guys on anyone. Get EVERYTHING in writing prior to signing everything. They like to list everything they will do and give you an overall price, but trust me, this will come back to bite you when they start telling you«we didn’t do this or that» but then don’t adjust the price down for what they didn’t do. Also, don’t expect them to show up on time each day so that that they don’t have to show up REALLY early(6am) the last day without calling and still don’t finish on time. Finally, when all the work is done and they have to fix your«punch list» it will take them WEEKS to come back and then they’ll still only complete half of the list.(They literally stained the bottom inch of each door jam on the main floor with the darker stain we had put on the floors(our floors are a dark walnut and the door jams are oak) because this company that’s been doing this 1968 never realized it’s a good idea to mask off the bottoms. Not too mention they didn’t mask off the bottom of our white cabinets, either.) Avoid the hassle. And if they recommend to you a general contractor, don’t do it. The GC that came over for us to meet, never showed up on the actual job, it was his assitant that was there. And don’t be fooled, the assistant is an actual employee of US Floors. In short, if the red sirens in your mind are firing when you meet these guys… RUNNNN…we should have… we won’t repeat that mistake. I only wish I could make this review more public. If you hire them, you’ve been warned…
