I can’t believe that I had to sit in the «Prescription Pick-​Up» for more than five minutes without being acknowledged. This was so strange, considering there were two customers ahead of me who were helped without problem. The young woman at the cash register should’ve probably told me, «I’ll be with you momentarily,» before she took off to the back never to return. Finally, another woman asked what I needed. Odd, but I’ll take it. And there were at least 6 of them working, and it seemed to me that all of them lacked basic customer service skills.

I came from California two years ago and had the worst experience obtaining 1 certain medication EVERY month … I got so sick and tired of WalMart and Walgreens hit and miss attitude with my meds … I had to actually run all over town in hopes of getting it with no guarantees! I wanted a pharmacy that could GUARANTEE me they would have it … I got that personal touch with The Medicine Shop! I had foot surgery a year ago and concerned about the pain meds … The pharmacist gave me a list of recommended meds and I took it to my doctor … My pharmacist was honest about the level of pain I was going to have after my surgery and he was spot on!!! «Thank You» to The Medicene Shop for giving me that «Personal» touch!

One of the 3 Compounding Pharmacies in town and one of the only places that has a delivery service. This place has a very oldschool pharmacy feel. They are great about insurance and helping in anyway they can. And I believe has better customer service then the other big compounding pharmacy in town but might be a little slower.

WORST! My daughter’s allergy alert was ignored and her medication was compounded with precisely what she is allergic to. Now an innocent baby is paying for their negligence. I will NEVER go here again, and I would give 0 stars if I could.

By far the best pharmacy in Colorado Springs! The girls here always take great care of us.
When my daughter was put on Prevacid at 3 weeks old the doc first filed the script at Walgreens. She hated taking it and would spit out all out. I tried having it compounded at Medicine Shoppe instead and I don’t know why but it’s now like feeding a baby candy. She takes it no problem and has helped her reflux TREMENDOUSLY!!! I have no idea what they do different but they’ve definitely got the magic touch! :)

Went there the other day to have my prescription filled. Called ahead that I was on my way. I informed them I was in a rush to go to the airport. Instead of filling my prescription on-​time, or even upon my arrival, she continued filling other patients’ (they weren’t present, it was for delivery later) and got snappy when I asked for an ETA. I had to leave after 45 minutes of waiting sans prescription for my vacation. Not a pleasant experience! Noted, I’ve been going there for 3+ years and it’s always been fine, but this time was notably bad.
