I travel frequently and Tiffany my agent had great communication through the process which really helped things go as smooth as they could. Had the Best Agent and Service anyone could ask for. We flew in from Tennessee during the Black Forrest Fires and our agent helped set us in in a hotel and drove us around to look at homes. She even recommended restaurants for us to eat at since it was our first time in Colorado Springs. My husband and I found the home of our dreams and left here under contract. The Distinctive Group handled every step for us even though we were in another state. We won’t ever us another company!

Tiffany showed me homes in Winter Park. She would drive up from Colorado Springs to Winter Park and show me all the homes I wanted to see. We saw a lot of homes together. After seeing everything we decided to build since we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. Funny that was what Tiffany had said when we started shopping.
We decided to buy a lot just what Tiffany predicted we would do. She helped us with the contracts and closing. She was great to work with and has a lot of knowledge and expertise in real estate. She googled the numerology of our lot at closing and it means luck and prosperity. I thought that was cool. After the closing we popped Chandon on the windy lot and toasted to new beginnings. Thanks Tiffany for helping us with the transaction on the new lot. We are excited to build our dream home.
